Prince William was reportedly rushed to the hospital after a serious health scare, According to GLOBE, and Kate Middleton called security in a panic when she witnessed her husband collapsing while visiting the grave of his late mother Princess Diana. After Prince George’s birth in 2013, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton ceremoniously rowed out to the island in Althorp where Princess Diana is buried to leave photos of their new baby son at her grave. After Princess Charlotte was born, Prince William and Kate Middleton made a similar trek – but according to GLOBE Magazine it ended in William being taken to the hospital.
The June 29 edition of GLOBE Magazine reveals, “Prince William suffered a sudden collapse at his mother’s graveside and had to be rushed to a private hospital as his wife Kate tried to comfort him.” An insider described the events to GLOBE, “William suddenly became emotional, overcome by the moment, and Kate rested a comforting arm on his shoulder. William was devastated because George and Charlotte will never know her [Princess Diana]. The Prince appeared so distraught that he passed out and crumpled to a heap on the ground.”
GLOBE Magazine goes on to reveal that Prince William protested, but Kate called for security and an ambulance. The doctors ordered William to stay overnight at the private hospital for observations before releasing him the next day. It’s not a secret that William still has a hard time dealing with the loss of his mother, and the emotional stress caused by the birth of his daughter Princess Charlotte combined with the latest royal family scandal – Camilla Parker-Bowles cheating on Prince Charles, has clearly all taken a toll on Prince William.
The report goes on to say that Prince William is “taking some time off from palace duties” to give himself and his family a break before he takes the throne as the next Kind of England and all of their lives change forever. It’s no wonder Prince William is having breakdowns, he has a lot on his plate – especially if Queen Elizabeth names him the next King instead of his father Prince Charles.
