“The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, August 19, tease that Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) will speak her mind to Liam (Scott Clifton). Ivy is convinced that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) committed murder and she wants her to pay the price. However, no one else really seems to see this situation from Ivy’s point of view. Wyatt (Darin Brooks) is backing Ivy up, but it’s clear that he has doubts about Steffy being a killer. Liam is also buying Steffy’s story that Aly (Ashlyn Pearce) simply fell during her own attack and hit her head on a rock.
B&B spoilers say Ivy will insist that Liam’s “precious little Steffy” isn’t blameless in all of this. Steffy claims to be innocent, but that’s not entirely true. Steffy acted in self-defense, but she’s still lying about bashing Aly with the tire iron. Liam will argue that Steffy had to stand up for herself, but viewers know he hasn’t been clued in on some crucial details. Ivy will urge Liam to have a chat with Steffy and ask for the real version of events. When Liam presses for answers, will Steffy admit the truth? In the meantime, Steffy will declare that she’s Ivy’s boss and maybe someone needs to remind her of that. Steffy will believe that Ivy should show some respect. On the surface, Ivy appears to be taking a walk on the wild side in terms of her job. Of course, Ivy knows she has an ace in the hole. The incriminating video is Ivy’s golden ticket to the top and she’s not going to let Steffy intimidate her.
Across the hall, Thomas (Pierson Fode) will try to handle all the stress that’s being thrown at him. Thomas wants to endorse Steffy for the new modeling position, but he also needs to protect her. The only way to do that is to support Ivy as his pick. In addition to the Steffy drama, Thomas is battling his feelings for Caroline (Linsey Godfrey). The rumors indicate that Thomas will continue to fight his desires, but it may prove more difficult than he thought.
