Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are already planning their Christmas holiday together, even though the summer isn’t over yet. In fact, there’s new speculation to suggest that Gwen Stefani is looking to keep her children away from ex-husband Gavin Rossdale while starting a new ‘family’ holiday gathering with Blake Shelton.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s romance has been making headlines for months now, yet the couple isn’t even engaged or hasn’t even talked about their marriage plans for that matter. Yet, it looks like Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are already thinking about their future and their family plans, which of course includes the singer’s three children, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 7, and 2-year-old Apollo.
According to Life & Style Weekly, there’s a possibility that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton might be planning a surprise Christmas wedding. The only problem is that Gwen Stefani would be tearing her three children away from her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale during the holidays.
One source told the publication, “Apollo wants to be the ring bearer, and the two older boys will be junior groomsmen with Blake. Blake wants it to be really special, to show them coming together as a family. They’re planning a December wedding at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma because Gwen and the boys love it there and it will give them a lot of privacy.”
Certainly, if there’s one person who would definitely oppose this Christmas wedding, it would be Gavin Rossdale. It’s difficult enough for Gavin Rossdale as it is. He barely gets to see his three sons anymore. But to see his three boys participate in a Christmas wedding so Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani can “finally come together as a family,” that would be a big blow for the single dad, and especially if it takes place on the biggest holiday of the year.
But then again, Gwen Stefani is well aware of how much a Christmas wedding would hurt Gavin Rossdale and that might be part of her plan. Gwen Stefani is doing whatever it takes to get back at her ex-husband because, according to her, he’s the one who destroyed their marriage and family by allegedly cheating on the singer with their children’s nanny.
