Jon Gosselin is ready to battle his ex-wife Kate Gosselin in the courtroom again. There are new reports indicating that Jon is fighting for joint custody of the ex-couple’s eight kids. He says that he has no idea where his special-needs son Colin is and Kate refuses to tell him the boy’s whereabouts. Jon wants to know where Colin’s special needs facility is located, he hasn’t seen his son in nearly two years.
Kate and Jon Gosselin pulled the plug on their marriage back in 2009. Since then, all eight of their children have been living with Kate in her Pennsylvania home. Even though Jon has visitation rights, he’s only seen his kids sporadically throughout the years.
Their arrangement seemed to work for them as Kate raised the kids on her own while Jon tried to make ends meet by working odd jobs as a chef at a fast food restaurant and celebrity DJ. What’s more, Jon signed over his rights during their divorce settlement and has not paid a dime in child support throughout the years.
Yet, Jon is so concerned about Colin’s welfare that he’s willing to finally take matters into his own hands. That’s why he wants a judge in their case to order physical evaluations of all eight children before Kate and Jon head back to court. Jon is hoping that without Kate there, the kids will be able to honestly tell the judge exactly what’s been going on behind closed doors with their mother.
Jon thinks that Kate is withholding the location of their son because it’s her way of flexing her control over him and their kids. So far Kate Gosselin herself has not made any comments about their custody battle. Although during an interview with Good Morning America earlier this month, Kate visibly smirked when she admitted that Jon doesn’t know where Colin is.

Even though Jon hasn’t held a steady job for years now, the former reality television star is willing to do whatever it takes to reinstate his parental right again.
