Kate Middleton Most Favored Royal: Queen Elizabeth Pleased With Duchess of Cambridge Birthday Documentary Interview

Has Kate Middleton become the most favored Royal? It’s possible, because Queen Elizabeth reportedly is pleased with the speech the Duchess of Cambridge has given for Her Majesty’s 90th birthday documentary.

Closer Weekly exclusively spoke with a courtier who revealed that Queen Elizabeth is quite thrilled with Duchess Kate’s mothering skills and thinks she is a fabulous wife to Prince William. The Royal insider divulged to Closer that it was “Queen Elizabeth’s choice to bring Kate into the fold.”

The courtier continued, saying the Duchess of Cambridge has earned Queen Elizabeth’s respect since her 2011 marriage to Prince William. Queen Elizabeth is impressed with how Princess Kate balances Royal responsibilities with motherhood.

Queen Elizabeth is aware that Kate Middleton is enormously popular with the younger crowd in England. It’s time for the older members of the Royal family to bridge the generation gap and Duchess Kate is just the Royal who can do so. Basically, the Royal source revealed, “When Kate speaks, people listen.”

As far as the documentary is concerned, Queen Elizabeth is certain that the Duchess of Cambridge’s interview will draw huge ratings. Everyone is waiting for Duchess Kate to give her first interview in nearly six-and-a-half years.

ITV announced in January that it had ordered a documentary with the working title “The Queen at Ninety” which was produced by Oxford Film and Television. The London-based production company reportedly had exclusive access to Queen Elizabeth and several members of the Royal family for the past year.

The documentary is said to include interviews with the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Charles, Camilla Parker-Bowles, Prince William, Prince Harry, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward. It is not yet known if Queen Elizabeth was interviewed for the celebratory 90th birthday documentary.

We’re hoping that Kate Middleton was permitted to speak freely in her interview. Buckingham Palace most likely received a list of questions for approval. Is it optimistic to expect that the Duchess of Cambridge will answer in her own words and not ones written by the Royal PR machine?
