Rashad Jennings & Emma Slater – Foxtrot – “Evermore” by Josh Groban from Walt Disney Pictures’ “Beauty and the Beast”

Judges comments: Len: The beast has turned into Prince Charming! It had a lovely flow. Your footwork was a little suspect here and there. But, I haven’t seen you dance a bad dance. Julianne: That song was really hard to keep time. For me that was timeless. I thought it was beautiful. That was a hard song and you nailed it.  Bruno: You really capture that classic Disney feel – beautiful and romantic. You danced to the beat of the story. It had a very tricky musical phrasing. It could have flowed a little better, but it was beautiful.  Carrie Ann: I have not seen you do a bad dance. When I watch you dance, you are like a wild horse. But tonight, I felt like you were trapped in. Your movements felt a little small.

Scores: Carrie Ann: 7 Len: 8 Julianne: 9 Bruno: 8 Total: 32/40

Before we move on to more Disney dances, it’s time for some results.  According to the judges’ scores and America’s votes: Rashad and Emma are safe.  Heather Morris and Alan are also safe.  Erika Jayne and Gleb are in danger of elimination tonight.  Bonner Bolton and Sharna are also safe tonight.  Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd are NOT safe.

Julianne: Oh my gosh that was so much fun! We had such a good time. You don’t need strings.  Bruno: You’re alive! Whatever was stirring last week I snow exploding. It had spontaneous child play. Especially the cross-dressing! Carrie Ann: This is truly a break through, I think from here on out we are going to see something extraordinary.  Len: That was the dance that sums up Disney, fun, entertaining, and full of the feel good factor. Watching that dance, you made me feel better.

Scores: Carrie Ann: 9 Len: 8 Julianne: 9 Bruno: 8 Total: 34/40

Erika Jayne & Gleb Savchenko – Viennese Waltz – “Unforgettable” by Sia from “Finding Dory” [VIDEO HERE]

Julianne: You are so powerful and so strong and that’s why women love you. Tonight you showed a vulnerability, which inspires them. Bruno: My darling, I think I saw you for the first time tonight, the woman behind the mask! You had a wonderful flow of movement. Carrie Ann: There was something very profound that happened, and I saw you open up. Forget Princesses, you were a Queen.  Len: I’ve said it many times, you’re a lovely dancer and it just didn’t come out. Tonight it did!

Heather Morris & Maksim Chmerkovskiy – Jazz – “For the First Time in Forever” by Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell, music & lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, from “Frozen” [VIDEO HERE]

Julianne: That was amazing! You could have done more moves, but you completely embodied the characters. Bruno: That was a vibrant, alive, clearly character driven performance. As for the jazz, I thought it was very good. Carrie Ann: I thought you were adorable, it was a missed opportunity. I was waiting the whole season for you to do Jazz, and it was underwhelming. Len: running around, but it’s Disney night and you definitely rolled out fun.

You really tried to do it properly and correctly. Carrie Ann: I think that in hold, you are incredible. Your frame, your posture, your technique was really good. Len: You didn’t take the easy way, like messing around and prancing, there was a lot in hold. Boner you did a great job!

Julianne: Your voice, your dance just showed every little girl out there that you can do anything you want! That was gorgeous! Bruno: Look at her, the fierce, conquering Paso Princess! Carrie Ann: That was perfect. It was amazing, your dancing was perfection. It was perfection! Len: There was a lot of Paso Doble references, I enjoyed the attack and the spirit that you showed. I really enjoyed what you did.

David Ross & Lindsay Arnold – Jive – “Ride” by ZZ Ward from “Cars 3” – Live Performance by ZZ Ward [VIDEO HERE]

Julianne: Your top half was exceptional, you didn’t miss a beat, those costumes made up for it! Bruno: Lighting McQuinn! You always bring it on. The difficulty with the jive is the sharp footwork, but you always get the show going. Carrie Ann: You did not miss a step, well done with that. You could have a little more toning in your feet.  Len: You got a tough dance tonight, but it was high energy, full octane out there. Your feet were a little bit flat, it is what it is.
Scores: Carrie Ann: 7 Len: 7 Julianne: 8 Bruno: 7 Total: 29/40

Nancy Kerrigan & Artem Chigvintsev – Jazz – “That’s How You Know” by Amy Adams from “Enchanted” [VIDEO HERE]

Julianne: It was so amazing and beautiful. Focus on where you want to go and you are going to be great. Bruno: What I thought was fantastic was despite all of the amazing dancers, you held your own, you were just leading the number. You’re the leading lady! Carrie Ann: What a fantastic jazz routine! You were so effortlessly smooth and graceful, what an exuberant dance. Len: It was a graceful dance to watch, I enjoyed. You captured the spirit of Disney, what a joyful thing to watch.
