General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will find herself in a difficult situation. She could end up caught in the middle of some major drama. Sam (Kelly Monaco) still hasn’t told Drew (Billy Miller) about her recent love declaration, but she plans to. Drew deserves to know how deep Sam’s connection to Jason (Steve Burton) is.
The show undoubtedly let Liz in the loop for a reason. Liz will be in the position to spill the secret soon enough. After Jason returned to Port Charles, many people immediately assumed he was the real Jason Morgan. Liz probably had her suspicions, but she gave plenty of support to Drew. They have a strong bond thanks to the time they’ve spent raising Jake (Hudson West) together.
Drew is also pretty tolerant of Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz appreciates that. She realizes Franco did some terrible things, but she still wishes Jason would understand that the brain tumor was to blame. General Hospital spoilers say Drew and Franco will work together on a new goal this week. They’ll hope to learn the truth about Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan), so that could bring them much closer.
GH spoilers suggest that Drew may eventually save Franco’s life as well. That’ll give Liz even more of a reason to be loyal to Drew. All of this could be building to the secret spillage. Despite Sam’s vow to come clean, something tells us a few obstacles will get in her way.
Sam might face some interruptions and ultimately chicken out. She admitted that she bottled up her feelings for Jason because she couldn’t bear to break Drew’s heart. Can she really bring herself to break it now? Sam may not be able to once she’s looking in Drew’s sad, puppy dog eyes.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Drew will stay in the dark. If Sam refuses to confess, Liz might decide to do it for her. General Hospital spoilers say Liz will at least consider it. This secret will weigh on her in the coming weeks, so she may feel the need to fill Drew in sooner or later.
