The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Summer (Hunter King) will get sneaky. She’s been hung up on Billy (Jason Thompson) and that steamy sex session they had, but it was just a one-time thing. Summer has no chance of being with Billy, so she might as well shift her attention back to Kyle (Michael Mealor).
Of course, Kyle’s already interested in Lola (Sasha Calle). That’ll definitely complicate Summer’s mission just a bit. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle and Lola will take a fun step this week. They’ll go on their first double-date! Lola and Kyle have enjoyed their alone time, but going out with another duo will inch them closer to official couple status.
Naturally, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will be the other half of this double-date night. Tessa has become fast friends with Lola and Kyle’s the one who set up “Teriah” in the first place. It makes sense that they’d all want to hit the town together. Unfortunately, they won’t be able to avoid Hurricane Summer! She always finds a way to poke her nose where it doesn’t belong.
Summer will find out about this double date and decide to derail it. She’s become possessive of Kyle ever since he started keeping her at a distance. It’s like Summer just can’t handle it when a man doesn’t want her. She appears to enjoy the chase more than anything.
Nevertheless, these two do have a history together. Summer loved Kyle once upon a time, so maybe her feelings are indeed coming back. Sometimes a good dose of jealousy is all it takes to stoke them. Whatever the case, Summer will make a play for sympathy and it’ll work like a charm.
It looks like this may go down after the Billy sex shocker erupts. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will learn the truth later this week, so that could send Summer straight into Kyle’s arms. She can whine about Billy’s rejection and Phyllis’ hatred. Kyle will take pity on Summer, so he’ll end up rushing to her rescue. He may walk away from dinner to console his ex.
Y&R fans know Lola’s not the kind of gal who will stand for that. She’s got better things to do than put up with Kyle’s former flame issues. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lola will ultimately bail on their date. When Kyle returns, he’ll realize he may have blown it with the girl he really wants.
It sounds like Kyle will have to undo some of the damage. He’s lucky he’s so handsome and charming! How will Kyle fix his new romance with Lola? Will Summer’s sabotage get in the way again?
