The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers updates for the week of May 7-11 tease that some surprises are in store. For starters, Devon (Bryton James) will get a shock at the hospital. When the doctor lets something slip about the insemination, Devon will realize what’s up.
Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will make a full confession and assure Devon that she just really wanted to be pregnant. She was crushed to learn it was a false alarm. Devon will admit he was already getting excited about the baby. He’ll turn down Hilary’s offer to have the sample destroyed and suggest they should keep their kid plan.
Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) will find a way to deal with Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) suspicions. When he pushes her to come clean about the party, Sharon will blame her nerves on her feelings for him. The Young and the Restless spoilers say they’ll make love, so “Shick” fans will want to tune in!
Elsewhere, the Abbotts will get together to watch Dina’s (Marla Adams) edited interview. Unfortunately, the wrong film will be shown. It seems Kyle (Michael Mealor), Victor (Eric Braeden) or some other culprit will set up this crushing move.
Jack will sink into darkness over the paternity revelation. He’ll feel like his whole world’s been turned upside down. He’ll get plenty of support from his family, but he won’t be happy when he finds out certain Abbotts have been keeping secrets.
Jack will take some time to cool off before he reaches out to Dina (Marla Adams). He’ll most likely realize he can’t chew her out. Dina’s too far gone to deal with this kind of crisis. She may not even remember the exposure by the time Jack contacts her.
Nevertheless, Jack may try to get a little more info. He’ll undoubtedly be curious about the identity of his biological father. Over with Charlie, he’ll be under fire for the wrong interview screening. However, it looks like he’ll be innocent. Cane (Daniel Goddard) will rush to his son’s defense, so at least Charlie will have someone in his corner.
Finally, Y&R spoilers state that Hilary and Abby (Melissa Ordway) will spar. Perhaps Hilary will smell a juicy scandal for GC Buzz. She may fish for details and permission to report on this. That would certainly give Abby a reason to start a confrontation!
