Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will make a shocking admission. As you’re probably aware by now, DOOL plans a first for daytime TV – there will be a “time jump,” meaning that the show will advance storylines by a year. This will take place on Friday, November 8, and for viewers a year will have gone by in the blink of an eye.
Well, DOOL spoilers indicate that Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) are in for some big changes in their relationship – changes that will start right before the time jump takes place. Ben will find a dead body on that day, and since this will also be Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Hartley) final appearance on the show, it looks like Ben will discover his sister’s body.
And that doesn’t bode well for Ben, considering that additional DOOL spoilers, courtesy of Jason47’s Facebook page, indicate that someone will be spending the time jump in prison. Days of Our Lives spoilers say it’s certainly looking like Ben will be falsely accused of Jordan’s murder. And given Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) recent desire to rid Ciara’s world of both Ben and Jordan, there’s probably a strong likelihood that Victor arranged for Jordan’s murder and for Ben to be implicated for it.
And this would comport with what’s going to happen after the time jump. DOOL spoilers say that after the time jump, Ciara will tell Victor that she’s giving up on Ben. That certainly sounds like it could be a situation in which Ben is in prison and Ciara is slowly becoming disillusioned with the idea that Ben is innocent of the crime. Perhaps Ciara will have believed in Ben for a while, but then she finally starts to believe that he could be guilty, especially if there’s strong physical evidence against him.
Of course, it could alternatively be the case that Ciara still believes in Ben’s innocence, but that she is giving up on the prospect of waiting on him to be released from prison. He could have wound up being convicted for life, in which case Ciara might be giving up on the idea of a future for them. It could turn into a situation in which Ben sees the writing on the wall and realizes that he’s never going to get out, then encourages Ciara to move on with her life.
Either way, it looks like we could see the demise of Ben and Ciara after the time jump, or at least a near-demise. It could be really tough on Ciara to have Ben behind bars, especially if she’s the only one who really believes in his innocence, which is probably likely given Ben’s history as a serial killer. We could very well see Ciara wanting to move on with her life and with little hope for Ben ever being released.
