Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will have a lot on his mind in the days to come. He’ll be worried about Haley Chen (Thia Megia) and her suicide attempt drama. He desperately wants to get Haley to open up about what led her to try to take her own life.
But JJ will have another pressing matter on his hands as well. His father, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), was revealed to be alive by Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) on New Year’s Eve, and JJ is still reeling from the revelation. JJ had a brief and disappointing interaction with Jack on New Year’s Eve, but he still needs to visit with Jack in more depth.
Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) didn’t have much luck at getting through to Jack or jogging his memory when she met with him at The Salem Inn, but when Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi) approached her dad and told him the story of how he saved her life in the elevator, he appeared to have a brief flashback of the episode.
So, perhaps Jack’s kids are the key to him getting his memories back. According to Days spoilers, JJ will eventually make some inroads with Jack. He and Jack will spend some time together, and Jack will start to have the feeling that JJ is his son. Exactly what JJ does or says to Jack to cause these parental feelings to come out remains to be seen, but whatever he does will work.
Perhaps JJ will take a different, more subtle approach than the in-your-face approach that Jennifer and Abigail tired with Jack. JJ and Jack might just spend some time hanging out without a lot of pressure and outside of the presence of Eve, Jennifer, and Abigail.
