General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) could face a threat in their Cassadine takedown plan. Their partnership will get off to a rocky start, but it looks like their team effort will indeed move forward. Of course, keeping their scheme a secret won’t be easy with so many nosy Port Charles residents around.
There’s one nosy GH character in particular who could cause problems. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) happens to be in the loop on Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) secret. General Hospital fans know Nik and Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) explained everything to Carly, who agreed to hide the truth from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Keeping the secret will take a toll on Carly’s relationship, but she’ll soon suspect she’s not the only one with something to hide. During the week of December 16-20, Carly will battle suspicions. She’s always on guard when it comes to Ava anyway, but Ava will give her a reason to be extra concerned this time.
Perhaps Ava will drop a hint that gets Carly’s attention. Even what seems to be a blooming friendship with Nina could spark some worries. Whatever the case, Carly will grow curious and most likely decide to get to the bottom of this. There’s no one in PC who meddles quite like Carly! She’ll have another motive to get involved in Ava’s business since she may fear it could backfire on Jax.
Naturally, there’s also the motive of stirring up trouble for Ava, which Carly seems to enjoy doing on any given day. Now that Ava’s out of Shadybrook, Carly won’t feel any obligation to show her sympathy or give her the benefit of the doubt. They may get back to feuding as usual, especially if Ava feels like Carly’s going to blow her secret plot.
General Hospital spoilers say both Carly, Ava and Nina will all need to be careful. They’ll have a lot to lose if things go wrong, so it’ll be interesting to see how this storyline plays out.
