The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, February 4, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will surprise Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) by taking some extra time at home with her. They’ll make love and appreciate that their relationship’s back on track. Rey will have to head to the station eventually, but he’ll learn Mia’s meeting Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) for drinks before he goes.
At the GCPD, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will grill Rey about where he’s been. He’ll dance around it, but Sharon will keep pushing until he admits he was home with Mia. She’ll realize what was going on and offer an awkward apology. They’ll reflect on their time together as colleagues and agree that their friendship is important to them.
Once the conversation shifts to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Rey will confess that he’s hoping for more evidence. He’ll want proof that could sway even someone like Sharon. At the athletic club, Mia will assure Abby that things have never been better in her marriage. Abby will wonder why Mia felt the need to reveal her affair when she first came to town, but Mia will suggest she had to stir the pot to get Rey back.
Talk will turn to the vow renewal and the Rosales brothers’ previous rivalry. Abby won’t think Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) proposed to show off or irritate Rey. They’ll shift gears again and gab about Abby’s upcoming nuptials. Mia will suggest that Abby should make a real splash. She’ll drop hints about certain things Arturo may not like, which will prompt an observation from her drinking partner.
Abby will point out that for someone who isn’t with Arturo, Mia sure spends a lot of time talking about him. Y&R spoilers say Abby will state the obvious. She’ll suggest that it seems like since Mia can’t have Arturo, she doesn’t want anybody else to have him either. Mia will turn it around on Abby and accuse her of being insecure.
However, Abby will refuse to let Mia or anyone else stand in the way of her happiness with Arturo. She’ll warn Mia that her jealousy isn’t going to wreck this romance. At the ranch, Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) will be freed from the wall panel. That’ll lead Victor to discover the surveillance equipment and determine that someone’s been watching their every move.
After Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) chats with Katie privately, he’ll return to Victor, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Billy will recap that Katie’s been having fun with her friend in the walls for a week. After he notes that Katie drew a picture as well, they’ll all ponder who this mystery person might be.
Since it’s obviously someone who knows the ranch and has technical experience, Victor will feel like J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) himself is the only logical answer. Billy won’t buy that, but Nick will think it’s possible J.T. faked his own death. After Billy and Victoria exit, Nick will ask Nikki if it’s possible. She’ll confess that she’s thought about that option before.
Still, Nikki won’t be sure J.T. could’ve survived being buried alive. Nick will keep the option on the table and realize that if J.T.’s to blame, he must be stopped. Afterward, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will offer Nikki comfort. He’ll argue that J.T.’s arrogance is going to land him in prison.
At Victoria’s place, she’ll share a nice moment with Billy. They’ll be glad Katie’s safe and sound after that scary ordeal. Billy will hope to get their friendship back on track, but Victoria will insist it already is. She’ll soften her stance on Billy, so maybe a romantic reunion isn’t too far off.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will also meet up with Nick at Dark Horse. She’ll give him updates on the lack of evidence against Victor. Sharon won’t think there’ll be enough to convict him. Nick will appreciate Sharon’s inside scoop. She’ll just want to be honest and stop keeping so many secrets.
It sounds like another hot episode’s coming up. We’ll keep you posted as other Y&R news emerges. Stay tuned the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.
