Danny interviews people from the hotel. Everyone pretty much says the same thing, the victim was very nice and she stayed alone a lot of times. There is a girl that lives long-term in the hotel and she gives Danny a little bit of info about the victim and an argument she had the day before with someone.

Linda asks Frank who Mr. Kane is, he tells her that he was pretty much a delinquent when he was younger and Mr. Kay made him feel that he saw something better in him. He goes on to say that he is now in a wheelchair and slipped a couple of notches.

Anthony and Erin go to see Vangelis. He offers her wine, she says no and he tells both Anthony and his man to get out of the room. She figures out that the voice on the tape is the current DA, he is corrupt. He says that he will give her the evidence, she can decide of the DA’s office goes dirty of clean.

Danny and Maria plan to meet the young girl who already gave them some information about the victim, she is across the street and about to cross, when she gets hit by a truck and is killed instantly.
