General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of August 24-28 tease that some exciting twists and turns are ahead. First, Julian Jerome (William deVry) will find himself in a situation that’s bleak no matter how you slice it. There’ll be no way out for Julian, so he’ll feel like he just can’t win.
Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) will also wind up in quite a predicament. General Hospital spoilers say Nelle won’t have the upper hand, so Julian may be in charge here.
It looks like everyone may think Nelle’s run off with Wiley Quartemaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) when she’s actually being held captive by Julian.
Nelle should be in grave danger since Julian’s lethal when he wants to be. As for Wiley, he should still be out of the picture – and that may be due to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
If Nelle’s being held captive elsewhere, we’ll need another kidnapper. It makes sense for Cyrus to send someone to snatch Wiley, so he may be behind this threat to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) grandson.
Speaking of Sonny, he’ll get a difficult call about Mike Corbin (Max Gail) at Turning Woods. Mike’s Alzheimer’s battle is winding down, so that’ll be tough for Sonny to handle – particularly if Cyrus has caused yet another round of chaos for his family.
Of course, it may take some work for the Corinthos clan to realize what’s gone down. After Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) makes an awful discovery, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will do some brainstorming.
A new theory will start to form, which suggests Michael will realize it’s not as simple as Nelle kidnapping Wiley.
It’s possible Nelle’s passports will surface – proving she didn’t leave with her son. Even so, Willow’s going to be a mess once Wiley’s missing. If Wiley’s in Cyrus’ hands, that could be even more troubling to Willow. Nelle cares if Wiley lives or dies, but Cyrus is ruthless and would be using Wiley as a pawn in his game.
General Hospital spoilers say Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be busy following a trail, so we’ll see if it leads him to Wiley or perhaps Nelle. If it’s the latter, Chase might have to save the woman he loathes from Julian’s clutches.
On the bright side, Nelle has that tracker on her phone and could pinpoint exactly where Wiley is as long as he’s got that stuffed kangaroo. Saving Nelle could mean saving Wiley! Willow will get comfort from a surprising source in the meantime, so we’ll see who that might be.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will blame himself, so he may think he riled Cyrus up and prompted a bold move. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will also be insistent in the week ahead.
She’ll remain sure of something – supposedly anyway! Portia might repeat her claims about Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) being Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) biological father.
That certainly doesn’t seem true based on all the signs pointing to Curtis instead. Nevertheless, Portia will lash out next week and have to apologize. Perhaps the pressure will get to Portia a little bit. There’s a good chance Trina will land in danger all over again soon, so that could bring Portia and Curtis together.
As for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’ll have a confession to make. GH fans know Joss is now in the loop on Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) feelings for her.
Josslyn might confess what Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” told her – either to Trina or Cameron himself. Whatever the case, Joss will have to decide if she feels the same way and if she’s going to tell Cam.
Next, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) will be feeling protective of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), which may not go over well with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll fret over Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Alexis may still be struggling to find a purpose and a new path.
