The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) new man could be closer to her than she thinks – how about Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). As B&B viewers know, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) reunited and got engaged the night before Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Zoe Buckingham’s (Kiara Barnes) wedding imploded. And it seems safe to say that Liam is now out of the running for a pairing with Steffy.
And that’s got many B&B fans hoping desperately that Steffy will FINALLY get someone new to focus on. Fans have been clamoring for a new man for Steffy for a long time, and now that Liam will be occupied with Hope, Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez), and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) for the foreseeable future, maybe we’ll see a new man come onto the B&B scene for Steffy.
After all, Steffy needs to have a social life that goes beyond taking care of Kelly Spencer (Collette and Avalon Carlish). She’s clearly a devoted mom and keeps busy being co-CEO of Forrester Creations, but let’s face it, it’s time for Steffy to move beyond Liam and any other Spencer man in her orbit. She needs new blood.
Well, recently, some B&B fans noticed that Steffy looked awfully good standing next to Thomas’ friend Vinny at Thomas and Zoe’s wedding. One fan posted a still shot of Vinny with Steffy on Twitter along with the following caption: “Yes!! We got a small sighting of Steffy and Vinny standing near each other! LOL.”
Another fan commented: “Damn…Vinny and Steffy looking so pretty together! I TOLD Y’ALL! #Veffy.” And someone else said: “We already know how caring Vinny is. I could see him taking care of Steffy and Kelly. He obviously cares a great deal about Douglas.”
Finally, someone commented: “Thank you…I’ve been pushing for Steffy and Vinny for awhile but I’ve been getting so much pushback…I say give #Veffy a chance.”
We’ll see what happens with Steffy’s love life going forward, and if Vinny ever gets on her radar, but one thing’s for sure: Steffy needs a hot new guy, and the reasons for this are twofold. First, many fans just want to see Steffy extricated from the Hope/Liam/Steffy love triangle and out of all that drama.
And second, it would certainly seem more realistic if Steffy were fighting off suitors rather than acting like her only option in life is Liam. Steffy really needs someone who’s totally devoted to her and doesn’t ping-pong between her and another woman. Steffy mentioned a while back to Liam that she was on a dating app – maybe she’ll finally meet someone that way!
At any rate, given fans’ reaction to a possible “Veffy” pairing, it seems like TPTB will hit gold if they do indeed let Steffy go out and have a more fulfilling social life. Do you think that we’ll see Steffy with a hot new guy in 2020?
