The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will need a little love in his life when he comes back on the scene. Thomas fought hard to win over his obsession, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but she shut him down once and for all. Hope made it crystal clear that they’re never going to be a thing – and after that wedding fiasco, it seemed to finally sink in for Thomas.
However, Thomas is a hunk who surely won’t stay single for long. The tricky part is Thomas’ options are limited. Hope could always change her mind one day if Thomas truly turns his life around, but she’s off the table for the time being.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is Thomas’ sister, so that’s another actress in Atkinson’s age bracket that’s out of the question.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) might be a good option if she can get past her own fixation on Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Unfortunately, Sally and Thomas would probably bring out the worst in each other.
Thomas seems to prefer a different type of woman these days. Hope was his dream girl, but could Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) be close enough?
Flo might be an option for Thomas, especially if Sally can somehow manipulate her current situation with Wyatt. Although Flo’s onto Sally and could expose her plot, no one can be sure of what happens next.
Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) knocked Flo out, which brings the possibility of memory issues. That could delay the inevitable and give Sally a chance to bond with Wyatt again.
Plus, the heart wants what it wants. People have forgiven for far worse on The Bold and the Beautiful. If Wyatt could forgive Flo for helping to steal his brother’s baby, maybe he could forgive Sally for faking a deadly illness because she wanted him so badly.
It’s not Sally’s fault that Penny crossed the line by attacking Flo. That was Penny’s crazy decision, not Sally’s.
B&B couples tend to come back around, so Sally and Wyatt could potentially get back together. If Sally’s somehow able to come out on top, can you imagine Flo’s heartbreak?
Flo could commiserate with Thomas over those horrible Spencer men. Thomas hates Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), so he’d have no problem joining Flo in putting Wyatt on the list.
Flo’s mom, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), is also in love with Thomas’ father, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Thomas is already rooting for Shauna and Ridge. Maybe he could get it in his head that Shauna’s daughter is his own perfect match.
Thomas is a real catch and already knows Flo. Even though there was some tension during the Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) cover-up, Thomas and Flo bonded in a weird way.
It might’ve been through threats and fears, but they went through the fire together. Likewise, they both took heat in the aftermath.
If Flo ends up losing her love like Thomas, it’s easy to see how all these pieces could come together for a new love story. We’ll pass along updates as other B&B news emerges.
