The Young and the Restless Spoilers Recap: Tuesday, November 24 - Adam Restrained - Abby's Wedding Dress - Sally's Phone Call

The Young and the Restless spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 24, tease that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will meet with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at Society, and as they’re happily chatting, Devon will get a text saying that he’s now ordained to marry Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Justin Gaston).

Meanwhile, Chance and Abby will discuss wedding plans in their suite at the Grand Phoenix. Abby will need a dress pronto, and suddenly Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will show up at the door with instructions from Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) to help Abby pick out a dress.

Abby will find the perfect dress, and Sally will rush off to get working on it.

Down in the lobby, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will ask Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) if he owns a gun, and Billy will say that he does, and that it’s currently at Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) house in a lockbox.

Rey will reveal that ballistics tests show that the bullet that hit Chance was fired from Billy’s gun. Billy will insist he hasn’t seen the gun for years, and Rey will take off.

Billy will call Victoria, who’s over at Newman Enterprises, and tell her about the gun. Victoria will mention the break-in from a while back, and she’ll hang up as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) enters the office.

Victoria will tell Victor about the gun and the break-in off-screen, and Victor will think that Billy was the shooter, while Victoria will think that it’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Victor will share that Adam has been committed to a psychiatric facility, which Victoria will find interesting. Later, after Victor’s gone, Rey will come into quiz Victoria about Billy’s gun.

Victoria will inform Rey about the break in at her home, and Rey will quickly learn that Victoria thinks that Adam is the culprit. Victoria will deflect the question when Rey asks if Billy ever confronted Adam over the break-in.

Victoria will insist to Rey that Billy’s in a good place now ant that he didn’t shoot anyone. Billy will arrive, noting to Rey that he hasn’t been arrested yet. Rey will tell Billy not to leave town, and he’ll go.

Victoria will then tell Billy about Adam’s commitment to the psychiatric facility, and Billy will think that it doesn’t really make sense that Adam would have someone try to shoot him. Billy will decide that he needs to try to figure out who’s framing him for Chance’s shooting.

At the psychiatric facility, Adam will be frustrated in his locked room. Young Adam (Dane West) will appear, urging Adam not to fight this and to accept help to get rid of “the monster.”

Later, Victor will walk in the room and Adam will be indignant with his father. Adam will offer to sign the papers renouncing all claims to the Newman empire if Victor will get him out of the facility, but Victor will say that the paper wasn’t his idea.

Young Adam will appear and tell Adam to stop blaming Victor. Adam will tell Young Adam to shut up, greatly concerning Victor since Victor won’t be able to see Young Adam.

Young Adam will keep telling Adam to listen to Victor, and Adam will keep yelling at Young Adam to shut up. Victor will get concerned and get the orderly who will come into Adam’s room and manhandle him.

When Victor returns to Adam’s room, Adam will be in hand and foot restraints on the bed. Adam won’t even look at or talk to Victor at this point, and Victor will tell Adam that he needs to get better for Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

Once Victor goes, Adam will imagine Chelsea there urging him to come home with her, then he’ll realize that he’s just hallucinating.

Back at Society, Abby will arrive to join Devon and Mariah. Devon will share that he’s been ordained and can perform Abby and Chance’s wedding. Mariah will share that she’s taken the marketing position at Jabot, and the three friends will enjoy a nice conversation about Abby’s happy future with Chance.

Later, Victor will sit at the bar drinking alone, worried about Adam.

At Crimson Lights, Chance will encounter Rey as he’s sitting and reviewing the evidence. Chance will ask about Rey’s progress in the investigation, and Rey will say that the case against Billy is nice and neat – but maybe too neat.

Rey will share Victoria and Billy’s theory that Adam was behind the shooting, but Chance will think that would have been too stupid of a plan for Adam.

Rey will say that he wants the case to stick, so he’s being very careful, and he’ll share with Chance that Adam was committed to a psychiatric facility. Chance will say that it’s unlikely, but that it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Adam was behind the shooting.

Later, Rey will update Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) about the investigation, rehashing his earlier conversations with Billy and Victoria, and noting that Victoria avoided answering his question about whether Billy ever confronted Adam about the break-in at Victoria’s place.

Rey will say that he’s not counting Adam out, but that he’s simply following the evidence where it takes him.

Elsewhere in Crimson Lights, Sally will be on the phone with her sister Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck), saying that people are nice in Genoa City and that she won’t make it back home for Thanksgiving.

Sally will gush about her work, then she’ll pretend that someone’s calling her so that she has an excuse to hang up.

Back at the Grand Phoenix, Victoria and Billy will arrive after Victoria walks Billy back to the hotel, Billy will be confident that things will work out, but Victoria will look nervous after Billy gets on the elevator.

And up in Chance and Abby’s suite, Abby will get a text from Lauren saying that her dress will be done in time for the wedding, Chance and Abby will kiss happily.
