Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) and Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowes) will face some devastating news as they learn they’re not brother and sister after all. Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) emotional confession will erase Lani and Theo’s sibling bond – at least in a way.
Of course, no one’s saying the connection Theo and Lani feel will suddenly be destroyed.
Lani and Theo can still be in each other’s lives and keep treating each other as if they’re siblings. It’s not like Theo and Lani will cut off contact just because their sibling bond is no longer legit.
That said, this is still going to be a major blow. When Lani became part of the Carver family, it led to some powerful relationships.
Lani grew to feel loved and embraced by Abe Carver (James Reynolds) as well as Theo, so her spot in the family means a lot to her.
It’ll throw Lani for a difficult loop when she realizes she’s not actually related by blood to two people she cares so deeply for.
Theo and Abe will also be upset, so it’ll be a difficult situation all around.
Paulina recently dodged a bullet by convincing Abe she was referring to the topic of a potential wedding.
Paulina sold the idea that she’d be the twins’ grandma by marriage, but Paulina is already their grandma since Lani is her bio daughter.
Days spoilers say Paulina won’t be able to keep that shocker under wraps forever, so we have to plan ahead and consider what the fallout will look like.
Lani will be torn apart when she realizes Abe and Tamara Price (Marilynn McCoo) aren’t her true parents.
Paulina and her abusive ex are the ones responsible for bringing Lani into this world, so Lani will have a lot to process. You can bet Lani will face a flood of difficult emotions, including serious anger.
However, Lani will also have to deal with the sadness of losing Tamara as her mother, Abe as her father and Theo as her brother.
Although Lani can keep these relationships alive, it’s only natural to be blindsided and devastated here.
Days spoilers state that Lani isn’t technically part of the Carver family despite what she’s been led to believe, so she’ll have to work through some complex feelings.
Theo will be back for Paulina and Abe’s wedding down the road – and he should have a front-row seat for the bio mom drama.
That should be when this DOOL bomb drops and shatters Lani’s heart, so Theo will have to cope right along with her.
