The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may have met her match in more ways than one! Y&R fans know Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) brings a ruthless reputation to the table – and that reminds us a lot of Genoa City’s resident ice queen.
Victoria has made quite a name for herself as a ruthless woman in business, so she’s a lot like the “Locke-ness Monster.”
Ashland was impressed when Victoria was the only Cyaxares competitor who arrived without backup. He also didn’t poke as many holes in Victoria’s pitch as the others.
Ashland seemed dazzled and intrigued by Victoria’s power play instead, so could this be building to some sizzle between them?
In the March 12 episode, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashland will want to continue his discussion with Victoria over dinner – another noteworthy difference compared to the other pitch outcomes.
Although Victoria will carefully steer the conversation to Ashland’s wife and make sure Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) is included in their dinner scheduling plans, this is an interesting development.
It seems like Ashland wouldn’t mind all that much if he had a solo dinner with Victoria instead!
Victoria will stun Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) with the news she’s still in love with him by the end of the March 12 episode, but she’s doomed to get rejected.
Billy’s with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) now, so Victoria should be heartbroken once Billy reminds her of that.
Meanwhile, Ashland is set to learn Tara’s been keeping some massive secrets from him. Tara didn’t just meet Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) for the first time like she claimed.
Ashland will ultimately find out that Tara slept with Kyle and that Harrison Locke belongs to Kyle, not Ashland. That’ll infuriate Ashland and perhaps leave him tempted to cheat just like Tara did all those years ago.
We’ll soon have a lonely and vulnerable Victoria – plus, an angry Ashland who’s eager to pay Tara back for an old mistake. When you throw in how alike Victoria and Ashland are, it seems like a no-brainer for them to have a raging hot love affair!
This is the perfect opportunity to make things even messier by having Ashland sleep with Victoria.
