In tonight’s Chicago P.D. episode, Voight’s new houseguest suffered from nightmares. Noah survived days of torture. It was enough to give anyone nightmares and no one was blaming him for being too scared to talk about it.

The cops wanted to give him the room to heal. Voight was also warned that he couldn’t keep Noah forever. It would taint a future jury if his case ever goes to trial. Only Voight didn’t want to leave Noah by himself. Noah hasn’t had an easy night in weeks when another body showed up. This latest victim had her eyes stapled open.

It’s the same thing that happened to Noah. Voight believed the two cases are connected. He thinks the same perp tortured both and this sick freak had a little more time with this other victim.

Hence he was able to finish his little game with them. He killed this woman. He probably would have killed Noah too if the police hadn’t found him in time. This other victim was dumped in an oil drum. The police went looking for more oil drums and they found a second body. It was another woman. The two female victims were actually sisters.

They were Izzy and Maria Pereida. They were killed at the same time. They were tortured at the same time. The off the books profiler that Voight found had said that the two women were made to watch the other’s pain.

When she heard about Noah, she said Noah wasn’t alone. There had been another person being tortured alongside Noah. Noah never said because again he wasn’t talking. He hasn’t told anyone about what happened. Voight later tried to ask him about it and Noah had a panic attack.

Noah hadn’t been tortured alone. He had been with someone. They were tortured together. He never told anyone about this other person because he must have saw their death or what he believed was their death, but that killer gets off on torturing these people every way imaginable.

Them watching someone they love be tortured was worse than being tortured themselves. Noah saw someone he loves get hurt. It couldn’t be his family because they kicked him out once he came out as gay. He must have met someone in Chicago. He must have fallen in love and that’s who this perp hurt.

The off the books profiler was Detective Josephine Petrovich. She agreed to help out with the rest of the case. She knew Izzy was a prostitute. Maria tried to get her out of the life and nothing she did ever worked. Izzy turned to hooking to pay for her drug habit.

She also had a rap sheet. She was arrested two months ago when her pimp bailed her out. The pimp was Manuel Tovar. He was known for living with his girls every minute. He might have seen the guy that stalked Izzy before abducting her.

Izzy and her sister disappeared two months ago. They were taken before Noah was. Noah might be turning tricks to support himself in Chicago. They couldn’t find a residence for him or even a dead end job. For all the cops knew he probably worked for Tovar too.

The cops later had a sting in which they caught Tovar for human trafficking. His supposed age appropriate girls were a lot younger than he claimed on his website. Tovar was busted. He agreed to help the cops in return for being charged just for one count of human trafficking and not for all of the girls that “work” for him.

Tovar said he had witnessed Izzy’s abduction. He even recorded it. He gave the cops the video. It showed a white guy with dark clothing beating Izzy with a pipe and then throwing her in the backseat. It was the same way with Noah. This killer wasn’t wearing any distinguishable.

The pipe itself was generic. The car couldn’t be identified. Voight needed some answers from Noah. He brought Noah to his safe space. He questioned him. Noah revealed the whole ugly tale and it was bad.

Noah was grabbed first. He was told to call the person he loves the most if he wanted to live. He called his boyfriend, Paul. Noah had to convince Paul to agree to meet with him. The killer used that to grab Paul. He then tortured both boys.

He tried to turn them against each other. He told Noah to live Paul behind and Noah did because he was still hoping there was a chance he could survive. Noah had loved Paul but he left him. This was what he couldn’t live with. This was what’s been giving him the nightmares.

Paul Hansen was an escort. It’s how he survived. This was how the perp was choosing his target. He was targeting sex workers and Paul and Izzy had just one thing in common. Both of their cases crossed Judge Balen’s desk. Balen was a judge that let them out of prison.

He also called both victims. He was one of their Johns. He also knew a lot about evidence and police procedure because he sees a lot of it as a judge. They got a warrant for his house. They searched his home. They found child porn.

They told him that child porn could go away if he talks about the murders. The judge had no clue what they were talking about. He was showed the photos of the victims and he swore it wasn’t him. Then Noah called Voight. Noah got a text from Paul’s phone saying he got away.

He wanted Noah to meet him. He sent a location and Noah snuck away from police detail to go there. He called Voight to tell him all about it. And Voight had to tell him it was all a ploy because the killer wanted to get close to him.

The strangest part was how did the killer get Noah’s new number? Voight gave Noah a new phone. Noah’s old phone was locked up as part of evidence and Voight wanted to do something nice for him. Only Noah refused to believe Paul was dead.

He didn’t want to live without him. The dumb kid fell for it and then line went dead. He allowed the killer to talk him into going to the woods late at night. And the cops searched every bit of the woods.

All they found were bodies.

Noah was dead. Paul was dead. They were buried in an oil drum together. Noah has been calling Paul’s phone because he wanted to hear his voicemail. He was calling from his new phone. The killer still had the phone and so he got Noah’s new number that way. And he used it to lure Noah to his death.

THE END!
