Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli), on General Hospital (GH), loves playing golf, and now, if you love it too, you can join him for an exciting event. It’s an upcoming auction with another well-known TV star. Read on for more details.
The Event Is Set For June
Taking to his Instagram on May 8, Bradford and @GolfNotGolf jointly shared a poster for an auction. It revealed a golf ball on a putting green. Then, in the text overlay, it talked about a “round of golf and lunch.” The other celeb who will be there is Kevin Rahm, known for Desperate Housewives and Lethal Weapon.
It’s being held for The Pro Youth charity at the Del Paso Country Club in CA. The caption said, “Want to spend the day with Kevin and Bradford at a stunning golf course?? Bid now and help an incredible organization helping kids in NorCal.”
More Details
There wasn’t a huge uptake in the comments, but one ABC fan did wish them a successful day. And, they noted they lived too far away to attend. However, the golf, if you win the meet-and-greet event, can take place on dates between Jun 01, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Already, the auction has opened.
On the website for the charity event, one person already bid, and the next bid is set for $2.050. That might be beyond the pocket for a lot of GH fans, but clearly, there’s some interest. The estimated cost is set at $10,000. Certainly, it looks like those who win a chance to spend the day with Bradford Anderson and Kevin Rahm will get their money’s worth.
The site explained, in part:
Whether you’re a diehard soap fan, a golf enthusiast, or just someone who enjoys unique experiences and engaging conversation, this outing promises plenty of laughs, memorable moments, and maybe even a few swing tips. (From Kevin – follow Golf/Not Golf and learn why you don’t want Bradford as your coach!) Don’t miss your shot!
Too Much For Many
While it’s doubtful that many daytime drama fans can fork out that kind of money for a day with the real-life Damian Spinelli, at least it’s for a good cause. Those who win will have a lot of fun, and for two people. However, accommodation costs must be borne by the winners, who have to schedule it to fit in with filming times
During a 5-hour round of golf, the winners may take a photo, get an autograph, and enjoy a meal with drinks. However, they will need to fork out for their own “caddie and golf cart.”
