The Young and the Restless (Y&R) preview for the week of June 15-19 reveals that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will be confused over her surroundings while Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) refuses to give Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) a straight answer and riles him up.
Y&R’s weekly promo kicks off with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) having a flirty conversation at Crimson Lights.
After Cane and Lily discuss doing great things together, he pushes her to come closer and hints about having something to tell her.
It looks like Cane may use this opportunity to steal a kiss and leave Lily even more smitten over all his charm.
It’s clear that Lily’s falling hard for Cane again despite all the warnings she’s been receiving.
Next, Jack and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will corner Patty at the park café.
Patty will tell Jack that he’s looking so tired, which will lead to Jack reminding her that his wife is missing.
After Patty questions if Diane is really still Jack’s wife, he’ll let his fury erupt.
Jack will order Patty to “cut the crap” and tell him where Diane is, so he’ll remain convinced that Patty must’ve done something to her.
Of course, Patty will continue to play games with Jack and act like he’s deluding himself into thinking Diane was kidnapped.
Since Patty wants Jack to believe Diane ran off and left him for good, she may bring that explanation up again.
The weekly preview eventually shows Diane seeming pretty out of it at a house somewhere.
Diane can be seen struggling to stay upright as she calls out and asks if anybody is there.
Although Diane presumably won’t know where she is, at least fans will get a better idea about her location.
Plus, Diane won’t be in restraints, so her apparent captivity stint won’t be as bad as it could be.
Is Patty really responsible for ordering Diane’s latest nightmare?
Regardless, Diane will cross paths with someone named Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) at this mysterious house soon enough, so she’ll no doubt push for some answers.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane’s mess is only going to get messier from here, so stay tuned for more news on her wild storyline.
