I’d love to be a fly on the wall in Emily Maynard’s house when the cameras stop rolling and everyone goes home because it seems like this chick puts on one heck of a show for her fans benefit. If you remember, Arie Luyendyk Jr. made it into the final two on last season’s Bachelorette and was sent home alone to pout when Emily chose Jef Holm as her (temporary) white knight. In the most bizarre twist, when the reunion show taped Arie was actually on very good terms with Emily and was close friends with Jef. He explained how hard it had been to let Emily go, but was genuinely happy for his good friend and that got him through his own broken heart.
We already know that Jef and Emily’s relationship crashed and burned within about 15 minutes and his family has totally trash talked her to the press, confirming that she cheated on Jef pretty much from the get-go. Meanwhile Arie is still friends with Jef but had managed to keep his mouth shut, until yesterday when he posted a simple tweet saying,
Seriously @EmilyMaynard, you’re not the person everyone thinks you are.
It was quickly deleted from his Twitter but the tweet is still intact on his Facebook page and boy have the fans reacted! No one knows what caused the tweet but the speculation is rampant. Some are in agreement that she’s a whorelette and Arie dodged a bullet. Then the Emily fans are insisting he meant it nicely, as if to say she’s not as conniving and greedy as people think! I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that is was meant as a slam. He has probably had enough of her public duplicity and finally lashed out.
