Princess Eugenie Party Girl Days Over: Shares Emotional Video Championing Salvation Army Campaign Against Human Trafficking

Princess Eugenie is a party girl no longer and has begun taking her duties as a young Royal role model seriously. Eugenie has joined the Salvation Army’s campaign to end human trafficking and has released an emotional video, which shows just how committed the princess is to the cause.

The youngest daughter of the Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has become a champion for the Salvation Army UK with the Republic of Ireland ‘Ask the Question’ campaign to bring awareness to modern slavery and human trafficking.

In the 30-second video, Eugenie explains, “I’ve had the chance to see first-hand what the Salvation Army can do for victims of trafficking and modern slavery.” In the public service announcement, the princess went on to provide details of a visit to a safe house.

“I was completely astounded by the work [the Salvation Army] do and by the survivors who have come out of modern slavery.” Princess Eugenie encourages everyone; in fact, she believes it is everyone’s duty to ask the question “Is this slave free” and to support the Salvation Army’s campaign in any way possible.

The younger Royals have become champions of campaigns and charities that affect everyone in the 21st century. Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Prince Harry have joined together to support mental health awareness through the Heads Together program.

Kate Middleton has become a patron of both Place2Be and the Anna Freud Centre. Both organizations help support families and children dealing with not only mental health issues but also addiction to drugs and alcohol. Kate Middleton and Prince William have made it quite clear that if Prince George or Princess Charlotte were to ever need professional help, the Cambridges would not hesitate to reach out.

Prince Harry has become a high-profile patron of charities that support veterans’ of all wars. In 2013, Harry learned about the Warrior Games, a United States event for wounded veterans. Harry not only attended the games, he participated in a game of seated volleyball.
