The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, April 4, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) will discuss their mutual dream once again. They’ll hope their baby-making efforts worked. Later, Hilary will spot Devon sharing some cozy moments with Simone (Shanica Knowles). When Simone steps away, Hilary will wonder if Devon spilled the news of their sex sessions.
Simone will strut back over, so Hilary will decide to leave the situation alone for now. Meanwhile, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will talk to Nick (Joshua Morrow) about Arturo (Jason Canela). She’ll confess that their fling is on hold right now. It seems Nikki’s too worried about Victor (Eric Braeden) to resume her hot hookups.
At Jabot, Kyle (Michael Mealor) will bicker with Gloria (Judith Chapman) before firing her. Over at the Abbott mansion, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will push Billy (Jason Thompson) to take the throne. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Billy will be on board, but he’ll express concern about trying to snag the spot.
After Billy heads out, Kyle will show up and argue with Ashley. They’ll get into a heated debate about Kyle’s decision to work with Victor. Kyle will rant about Jack and the horrible treatment Ashley endured. He certainly won’t have much sympathy for his old man.
Later, Dina (Marla Adams) will get upset about “John’s” arrest. She’ll think he needs to hear the truth about his son before he goes to prison. Kyle will hint that keeping people in the dark is for the best sometimes. He’ll fib that he’s John’s cousin before Dina scampers off.
Ashley will also get updates on Gloria’s firing and point out that Jack won’t approve. It’s clear that Kyle intends to stay in power for a while. He’ll insist that they have to be prepared for anything. Kyle’s undoubtedly hoping Jack does plenty of time behind bars.
In Victor’s hospital room, Nikki will gather the kids and explain Victor’s declining condition. She’ll note that he’s gone into septic shock, so his organs could shut down. Nikki will reveal that Victor didn’t leave any instructions for her on how to make life or death decisions. She’ll hope Nick, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Abby will voice their opinions on what’s next.
Victoria will suggest that Victor wouldn’t want to live like that for too long, but she’ll understand that Nikki has the final call. Nick will hint that maybe this is some sort of test Victor left them with. After the rest of the gang’s gone, Nikki will blast an unconscious Victor to forcing her to make the choice. However, she’ll eventually calm down and give Victor a sweet kiss.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will also get a kiss from someone else on Wednesday. A dark-haired female will approach his bedside and give him a peck on the hand. At the athletic club, Abby will break down over Victor’s condition. Suddenly, Arturo will appear and offer a napkin to dry her eyes.
Once introductions are exchanged, Abby will admit that she’s having a rough time. Arturo will offer support after Abby talks about Victor’s grave condition. Across town, Y&R spoilers state that J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will attend a counseling session. When asked if the emotional abuse ever crosses into physical territory, J.T. will try to soften what happened.
Dr. Mosley (Rose Abdoo) will request another appointment to dig deeper, but J.T. won’t be pleased. At home, he’ll tell Victoria that they don’t need a counselor to know they’re a good match.
