Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, April 16, tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will get a big surprise. It turns out Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will come up with a fantastic gift and spring it on a thrilled Ben. Once Ben sees what it is, he’ll be filled with gratitude for his love. Ben already adores Ciara, but she’ll truly make him feel special and cared for in this moment.
Meanwhile, Kelly Thiebaud will make her first appearance as Zoey, Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox’s (Brock Kelly) lawyer. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) mentioned that Evan and Orpheus (George DelHoyo) have a joint legal defense, so it seems Zoey is Orpheus’ attorney as well.
Of course, there’s one more connection that’ll ultimately be revealed. Zoey also happens to be Evan’s sister, which makes her Orpheus’ daughter. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Zoey will deliver a shocker on Thursday, so Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) may get updates on the family connection.
Zoey will score Orpheus and Evan’s freedom soon enough, so that’ll bring even more stunning news. Things certainly won’t be going Rafe’s way! As for Zoey, look for Alyshia Ochse to take over this DOOL role within a few episodes. Zoey will eventually get a new face, but she’ll remain a crucial part of the drama in the coming weeks.
Across town, Days spoilers say Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will pass along a warning. He’ll stop by Justin Kiriakis’ (Wally Kurth) place and insist his dad needs to watch out for Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).
Although everyone’s glad to have Steve back to his old self, this certainly complicates Justin and Kayla Brady’s (Mary Beth Evans) romance.
Sonny won’t want Justin to get complacent and think his relationship’s on solid ground. Justin definitely doesn’t feel that way since he expresses his insecurities all the time, but Sonny should light a fire under him.
It’s not enough just to hope Kayla chooses Justin. Sonny will push Justin to fight for Kayla, so Justin will agree that’s exactly what he has to do.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will battle more guilt. Hope committed some terrible crimes while she was programmed to be Princess Gina Von Amberg, so she’ll continue to struggle with her actions. It wasn’t Hope’s fault, but that won’t stop her from hating how much pain she caused.
It sounds like Hope still has a lot to work through, but Days spoilers say she’ll get some help from Steve next week. In time, Hope should be able to find a way forward.
