General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is determined to save Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) from Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) clutches.
Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is beside herself with worry, but Chase seems poised to stop Nelle soon enough. He’s closing in and may ultimately be the one to return Wiley to Willow, so let’s consider how this might go down.
It’s possible there’ll be a crash since GH has emphasized the fact that Nelle needs to go slow and take the turn at Occidental. The show’s making a big deal out of this turn, so it’s bound to be significant. This could easily lead to a situation where Nelle loses control of the car after she misses the turn and tries to rectify that.
Of course, Chase’s priority has to be Wiley, so he would surely rush over to make sure the kid’s OK following the accident. Nelle wouldn’t matter much in that moment.
Nelle might even be gone when Chase finally turns his attention to her, but Wiley is what’s most important here. Whether Nelle escapes or is taken into custody, Chase can hopefully bring Wiley home.
You can bet Willow’s going to be unbelievably grateful if Chase comes through as her hero. Could General Hospital set up a scene where Willow just can’t contain her feelings? It’s easy to imagine Willow being so overwhelmed with gratitude and lingering feelings that she plants a kiss on Chase.
Naturally, we know GH is dealing with safety protocols that prevent kissing on set right now, but they’ve still been writing in lip locks. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Cassadine (Maura West) simply leaned in like they were going to kiss. The actual kiss happened off screen and was talked about later.
That wasn’t bad, but General Hospital pulled off an even better “kiss” when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) pulled Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) close backstage and appeared to kiss him.
With the help of the actors’ body language and some camera tricks, it looked close enough to the real thing. GH could take a similar route with Chase and Willow if he reunites her with Wiley.
On August 31, General Hospital spoilers Willow will regret a move she’s made. Could that involve this potential kiss following Chase’s rescue of Wiley? It’s clear that Willow has never stopped loving Chase, so here’s her chance to get caught up in the moment.
Next, Chase will want to confess on September 2. What if Chase just can’t get that kiss off his mind? If Chase gets a little taste of Willow again, he won’t want to let her go! No matter the outcome for Nelle, she won’t be causing custody issues any longer.
Chase may think it’s time to come clean about the fake affair with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and hope he still has a shot with Willow.
There’s no guarantee Chase will go through with that plan, but a kiss could certainly push him to consider it. If Willow makes that move, it may leave Chase tempted to spill all.
