Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, June 8, teases that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will admit to being haunted by Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), but Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) counseling session will help. As for Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds), they’ll struggle thanks to a kiss miss!
At the hospital on Tuesday’s DOOL episode, Allie will run into Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) while she’s there for her appointment with Marlena.
Allie may apologize for making things weird when she shut down the kiss they were sharing, but Tripp should remain compassionate about the whole situation.
Afterward, Allie will try to get to the bottom of exactly why she did what she did. She thought she had worked through most of her issues related to the assault, but Marlena may point out it’s an ongoing process.
Allie may always be haunted by what Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) did to her, but she can choose how she responds to that trauma and continue to conquer the obstacles.
With Tripp’s patience and understanding, Allie can hopefully grow more comfortable with the idea of intimacy and feel a sense of security.
Days spoilers say Allie will get some much-needed guidance from her grandmother on that and maybe regarding her spark with Chanel Dupree (Precious Way), too.
Allie might open up about Chanel going in for a lip lock and the hint of something that shifted between them as a result. Although Allie may not be able to make sense of it just yet, Marlena could perhaps be of service.
As for Tripp, he’ll need some advice as well – and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will be just the person to offer it. Tripp might confide that Allie rejected him mid-kiss – though he seems to get that it was more about Charlie than him.
Kayla will probably urge Tripp to just let Allie go at her own pace and be the good guy Allie knows he is.
Tripp will also want to fill Kayla in on that shocking scene he witnessed between Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
Although Dr. Snyder tried to downplay it as a private conversation with his patient, Tripp clearly got the feeling that Gwen was agitated and fearful.
Kayla may think this is yet another example of Dr. Snyder’s troubling behavior in the workplace. She’s concerned about Dr. Snyder’s bullying and abuse leading to bigger trouble, so she’ll want to keep an eye on him in the coming episodes.
As for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he’ll put on a hospital gown and catch Dr. Snyder by surprise. Xander will threaten Dr. Snyder for Gwen’s sake, but he’ll soon find this doc won’t be so easy to get rid of.
Other Days spoilers say Paulina will find herself in a tight spot. Chanel’s application for the Horton Town Square will be given full approval, so Abe will be the one to offer updates.
Abe will be perplexed when Paulina doesn’t seem all that thrilled about Chanel opening up a new bakery and finally finding some independence.
That’s exactly what Paulina wanted to happen, but she didn’t expect Chanel to start a business in the town square – which is soon to be the site of some shadiness! Paulina has ulterior motives and hasn’t spilled those to Abe, but it’ll become increasingly difficult to keep a lid on the truth.
The fact that Abe and Paulina are falling for each other isn’t helping matters. Abe will almost wind up in a lip lock with Paulina on Tuesday, June 8, but Paulina will get called away before they can seal it with a kiss.
At Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) apartment, Chanel will once again make waves by spotting Eli in a state of undress. She’ll laugh it up and enjoy herself as usual, but Eli may think enough is enough!
This could lead to a conversation about Chanel getting a place of her own just as soon as she can make some money and find one.
However, Eli will settle down and find a way to connect with Chanel once again. Chanel will show off her plans for Sweet Bits and impress Eli in the process. Despite the awkwardness of their latest exposed run-in, Eli and Chanel should strengthen their bond.
Will that spell trouble since Lani has become so jealous and possessive of her husband lately? Time will tell, but even Lani will be impressed by the effort Chanel’s putting into her bakery for now.
