General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) may be gearing up for a quiet coma rising where he slips out of GH undetected for a new plot. Peter is known for being one slippery character and might find a way to sneak out without anyone seeing him.
After all, the guards and staff members aren’t going to be watching that closely if they think Peter is still comatose. There’s the potential for Peter to lull everyone into a false sense of security with his temporary slumber.
Of course, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) knows no one is truly safe until Peter is as dead as a doornail.
That’s why Maxie hasn’t been willing to expose the truth about “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) – not until she knows for sure Peter is no longer a threat.
Nevertheless, Peter is most definitely still a threat to Maxie, Louise and plenty of other people he might seek revenge on.
Maxie and Louise are going to be Peter’s primary targets, but he could really do damage all over town.
Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will have a dangerous confrontation with Peter eventually, so his escape is inevitable.
It’s just a matter of how Peter will pull it off and whether it’ll be a grand spectacle or an event that happens under the radar. The latter makes the most sense under the circumstances.
That would give Peter a head-start on his next round of destruction and leave everyone wondering where he might pop up.
It’d add to the suspense of it all if Peter’s coma bed is suddenly empty and Maxie panics along with some of Peter’s other main adversaries.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be heavily involved in what will hopefully be Peter’s final chapter.
Only death will do at this point, so someone needs to take Peter out permanently! As other GH news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop.
