Things have begun to change in Villa and Rosewood’s relationship. Before they were just partners, but now it looks like they’re becoming friends. And surprisingly that’s a problem on tonight’s episode of “Rosewood”.

Villa you see has started having certain dreams about Rosewood and so usually she waked up disgusted with herself. And tends to be disgusted with Rosewood when she sees the man in person after these dreams. Though that’s a problem she’s simply going to have to get over. Especially as there aren’t a lot of people willing to partner up with her.

Remember, no one in Villa’s squad actually likes her. So that only leaves Rosewood and latest victim really did need his help. A former convict who until recently was the youngest woman in Florida to ever be given a life-sentence had had that same sentence commuted. However she was barely free and walking when she was murdered. So a friend of hers and her former lawyer, Trevor McCown, has been creating something of a storm at police headquarters demanding that her case be given the level of respect as any other homicide.

It seems that prior to his intervention, Lavetta’s case was being treated as an NHI. No Humans Involved. So once he got Villa to take the case, he then turned to Rosewood to perform the autopsy. He said he didn’t trust the Medical Examiner to get to Lavetta’s case in a timely fashion.

Yet Villa also had a few questions of her own about McCown. Lavetta had gone to prison because a botched robbery as part of gang initiation had killed McCown’s father. So Villa didn’t understand why McCown would grow up and come to defend his father’s murderer? That just didn’t make sense to her and his reasoning that Lavetta had rehabilitated didn’t seem plausible.

Villa didn’t think McCown could honestly forgive and she wasn’t buying the story that Lavetta had changed her life around. So that’s how viewed the case. She went in being pessimistic and she wanted to find evidence that Lavetta had rejoined her old gang. Therefore she was thrilled to find gang paraphernalia at Lavetta’s place.

But Lavetta hadn’t had those things in her home for herself. There were things she had taken off of younger girls in the neighborhood. Girls she helped because she stopped them from getting recruited into gang themsleves.

The sorry tory came out after Villa talked and then beat up a woman named Double-Tap. Double-Tap was the leader of Lavetta’s old gang and she admitted to wanting Lavetta back. However Lavetta turned her down and Double-Tap respected her wishes.

Yet this other gang in the neighborhood didn’t live by a code. So they grew upset and began threatening Lavetta when she stopped several girls from getting recruited. And the last straw for them was Tiana Denard. Tiana was about to be initiated into this new gang that just happened to be run by her sister.

Thus it was the sister that killed Lavetta though for a while Villa had her doubts about McCown. McCown had been in love with Lavetta and she didn’t return his feelings. So for a second Villa thought unwanted feelings was what caused him to snap.

But funnily enough it was Villa that had snapped once she found out Rosewood had been dating her therapist.

Nevermind that Kat had tried to break up with Rosewood after Villa let on who she was dreaming about. Or that Rosewood later got the picture and accepted their break-up. What mattered to Villa was that she walked in on them kissing and immediately began to think they had been laughing at her this whole time.

So she told Rosewood to go to hell, she fired her therapist, and then she ran out. And after she did that, Kat told Rosewood he should go after her because she thinks Rosewood might have feelings for Villa as well.

THE END!
