Robin Thicke is getting married (again), and this time to 20-year-old model April Love Geary. Just a few months after his messy divorce from ex-wife Paula Patton, Robin Thicke shocked everyone by coupling up with 20 year old model April Love Geary, who was a whopping 18 years younger than him. No one expected the prolific cheater’s new relationship to last more than a few months, let alone get serious – but the “Blurred Lines” singer has proven everyone wrong.
According to a new report in this week’s edition of Life & Style Magazine, Robin Thicke is getting married! Apparently, Robin got down on one knee and proposed to his 20 year old girlfriend, whom he has only been dating since October 2014, and she accepted. An insider dished to Life & Style, “Robin recently proposed to April and she said yes. He doesn’t want to risk losing her.”
Obviously, Robin’s friends and family were as shocked as we were by the singer’s engagement news, and they haven’t been very supportive – for obvious reasons. Robin just got out of one messy marriage, in which he had a tough time being faithful, why dive into a new one? The Life & Style insider went on to dish, “Both of his parents have told him to take some time and not rush in to marriage again so soon. But he is not listening to those pleas. Robin barely lets April out of his sight and they go almost everywhere together. He is totally obsessed.”
We’re not sure who is crazier, Robin Thicke for trying to turn a 20-year-old model into a housewife or April Love Geary for thinking he has miraculously changed his ways and will be a good husband after all of the dirt he did when he was married to his first wife Paula.
