Tonight’s episode of Total Divas kicks off backstage at a wrestling event, everyone is buzzing about Wrestlemania. Nat is thrilled because her sister Debbie is coming. Mark tells her that her sister isn’t the only one that is coming – her Dad has been invited too. They are doing a father daughter autograph signing. Nattie is practically in tears that her dad was finally invited back to a WWE event.
Paige and Brie are at the airport waiting for their luggage, they are gossiping about what they are wearing to the Wrestlemania Hall of Fame – it’s a huge red carpet event. Paige is shocked, she didn’t know that there was a red carpet and she was going to have to wear a gown. Brie tells her that they have a big tag team match that night and all eyes are going to be on her, and she has to find a gown ASAP.
Eva Marie heads to her training session and tells Kendrick what happened with the other girls when she tried to make amends with them. Kendrick gives her a pep talk and tells her to stop worrying about what they think, they’re just jealous of her.
Nikki and Brie head out for breakfast, Brie tells Nikki that her period is two weeks late and she thinks that she might be pregnant. Brie wants to stop for a donut, but her “stomach is brewing” and she is afraid that she might go to the bathroom. Brie heads to the bathroom, and when she comes out she is in tears. She got her period – and she is upset because she really thought that she was pregnant.
At Nattie’s house she gets a phone call from her mom Ellie – she is freaking out. They have to go to the rehab facility and pick up Nat’s father. Apparently he is getting kicked out of rehab because he has a temper tantrum and the therapists can’t deal with him. Nat is scared that her dad is going to blow his chances of being inducted in to the hall of fame.
Brie and Nikki head out to lunch with their mom, Brie is still upset about not getting pregnant – they have been trying for a year. Nikki thinks that maybe Bryan isn’t fertile because getting kicked in the junk is “like part of his job.” Brie thinks that maybe she is the one that isn’t fertile. He next day she drags Bryan to a fertility clinic to have a sample of his sperm tested to make sure that he is fertile.
It’s almost time for Wrestlemania, and Nattie is trying to keep her father together so that he doesn’t completely relapse before the event. She doesn’t want him to blow his big comeback. Alicia forces Paige to meet with a stylist to try on gowns – but Paige thinks that they are all hideous. Meanwhile, Bryan and Brie learn that during Wrestlemania they will be having a ceremony for a little boy named Connor. He was a diehard fan, and passed away from a brain tumor.
The night before Wrestle Mania, all of the divas go out for drinks together with Trinity’s boyfriend John. They all begin arguing about Eva Marie again, they find out that Trinity is the one that told Eva what they were saying about her. Trinity shouts at Foxy that she can’t be mad because Eva is “hot and popping.” John takes Eva’s side too and says that she is the full package, she is hot, has red hair, and abs – so obviously she is going to get more attention. Foxy freaks out and shouts that would never be jealous of Eva Marie. Foxy and Trinity finally call a truce and decide to agree to disagree about Eva.
Nattie heads out to lunch with her uncle Bret Hart, she and TJ fill Bret in on trying to keep her dad sober during Wrestlemanie. Bret tells them about how hard it was to keep Nattie’s dad under control when they were wrestling together. Nattie gets a phone call from her mom at the hotel, she is freaking out because Ric Flair is trying to get Nattie’s dad to go out for drinks. Nattie tells her mom that is not an option.
It’s the day of the red carpet event and Paige still doesn’t have a gown. Foxy hits the streets with her and they begin shopping for a last-minute gown. Paige runs in to a super fan, the teenage girl breaks down and cries and hugs Paige. She sobs that Paige is her favorite WWE diva, and she inspired her to stop having an eating disorder. Paige is moved by her run-in with her fan, and realizes that her fans like her just the way she is – she doesn’t need to change who she is for the red carpet event.
It’s time for Nattie and her dad’s autograph signing, she is worried that her dad isn’t going to be on his best behavior. They take their seats at the table, and fans start lighting up to get autographs from her dad Jim – and they all rave about how amazing that he is and how proud they are of him. Nattie can tell that the positive reinforcement is really helping her dad and is happy to see him back in his element.
Eva Marie is getting ready to walk in to Wrestlemania, and she is not excited about seeing the other divas, she feel like she is walking in to World War 3…
