One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson’s baby boy Freddie Reign is adorable – but Louis wouldn’t know because his baby-mama Briana Jungwirth won’t let him see his son. Didn’t we all see this coming a mile away? Apparently, Briana is using the pop star’s son as leverage to get more money out of Louis … shocker. Louis isn’t having it though, he has hired a lawyer, and is taking Briana to court.
One Directioner Louis Tomlinson has lawyered up and is preparing for what is sure to be a very messy custody battle over Freddie with his ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth. TMZ reveals, “Sources connected with Louis tell TMZ, the One Direction singer claims Briana Jungwirth has gotten greedy and wants money … and lots of it. He claims she’s using their 1-month-old son, Freddie Reign, to leverage a bigger payday.”
Louis has already gifted his baby-mama Briana a 3 bedroom Calabasas mansion – and he is renting a very pricey condo nearby, because he wanted to be close to the one month old baby. However, despite that fact that Briana is living the good life in her free Calabasas mansion, she won’t let Tomlinson spend time with their baby. Is anyone really surprised by this?
Seriously, Louis had to have been a fool if he thought he could get a random ex-groupie pregnant, and not have her come after every penny he has made. It’s a little absurd that Louis is waiting until now to hire a lawyer – he should have had one on deck as soon as Briana peed on a stick and learned she was knocked up.
Now it will be interesting to see where all of this goes – will a judge really side with a 20-something rockstar over the mother of the child? Or will the court see that Briana Jungwirth is more interested in a pay day than the welfare of her baby? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
Update: Briana and Louis have come to an agreement according to TMZ in court with formal custody and child support payments that allow dad some visitation rights but no sleepovers.
