The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, August 7, tease that Eric (John McCook) will put Quinn (Rena Sofer) in a difficult position. She’ll continue to plead for another shot at repairing the damage, but Eric just won’t think they can get past her disloyalty. Instead, he’ll urge Quinn to show him she’s the woman she claims to be. Eric will think Quinn needs to set him free.
Quinn will feel like they could get back to a good place in their relationship if Eric would only try. However, she may be tempted to prove that she’s changed. Will Quinn love Eric enough to let him go? She’ll have to sign the divorce papers sooner or later, so it might as well be now. Regardless, Quinn may try to hold out hope for a reunion someday. She can’t bear the thought of losing Eric forever.
Eric will deliver a crushing blow when he talks about how much this betrayal hurt him. The Bold and the Beautiful preview video shows Eric saying, “I trusted you with all my heart…with my life…and you took that away from me.” B&B fans can expect some emotional moments. It’s clear that Quinn and Eric are both suffering right now.
At Forrester Creations, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will worry about all the fallout. He’ll open up to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) about how much he regrets the pain he caused. Steffy won’t excuse Quinn’s behavior, but she’ll agree that Ridge should’ve known better. He’s a big reason why Eric is so miserable.
Ridge will suggest that it looks like Quinn has lost Eric. He’ll feel guilty for the role he played in breaking up their marriage. Ridge will wish he could turn back the clock, but he’s stuck with the mess he made. He’ll just have to hope that there are better days ahead.
Elsewhere, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) will certainly be optimistic about her own future. She’ll believe her plan is right on track. Charlie (Dick Christie) will remain concerned about whatever Sheila’s cooking up, but she’ll insist that he should stay out of this. Sheila will promise that she’s going to become the next Forrester matriarch and no one’s going to stand in her way.
