I wish Kate Gosselin just took a break from Twitter. I mean, I know she has tons of fans [although I can’t really imagine why], but she continually manages to ruin whatever good grace she builds with the public. After a widely publicized controversy where a photo of her mocking Asians was posted on Twitter, Kate seemed to stay quiet – the first smart thing she’s done all year. But soon enough, she was back to posting inane and idiotic comments, ranging from news items to controversies to tragedies.
And now, she’s started pimping out her children for attention. I mean, considering that Kate’s main claim to fame is her eight children, that’s not very surprising. I just thought she would wait until they were at least a little older, a la Kris Jenner.
Kate took to Twitter to write that her daughter, Mady, had uploaded her first blog post, tweeting, “New K8s Kids post! Madys first post ever! I’m so excited and so proud of her work! Go here: http://www.kateplusmy8.com/.”
Now, Mady’s pictures on the site are definitely cute, but is that the issue at hand? Should Kate be letting her kids post online, especially at such a young age? I mean, Kate’s site is basically devoted to promoting herself and her children, but I’m firmly under the belief that she should be keeping her children away from this side of the media until they’re older and know what they’re getting themselves into – especially with the number of haters that Kate has online.
