We have been telling you guys for awhile now that Kate Middleton is expecting her second child with Prince William. While the palace has yet to confirm it the next best thing has happened, Jessica Hay, Kate’s unofficial, official spokeswoman, has indeed told the press that Kate is pregnant. According to the Australian New Day magazine Hay says that Kate’s inner circle already knows and that if you look closely the Duchess is indeed showing signs of pregnancy. Her round face is getting fuller and she is letting those gray hairs happen without rushing off to cover them.
Why does Hay’s comment weigh so heavily? Well back in Nov. 2012 she confirmed that Kate was pregnant with Prince George, a few weeks before an official announcement was made by the palace. If you remember we learned of Kate’s first pregnancy very early on because she was hospitalized for severe morning sickness. This time around she is hoping to make it safely through her first trimester without having to confirm anything. That usually is the standard for most women, once you clear the 12 week point then the pregnancy will usually be viable and result in a healthy baby.
According to Hay via Radar, “Kate’s inner circle are buzzing with the news that she is pregnant, I’ve heard it from several different friends of theirs now and they’re saying that they think there’s going to be an official announcement in weeks.”
Do you think that Kate wanted Hay to leak her happy news so that the press and royal watchers’ would understand changes to her appearance early on? It seems unlikely that Hay would have spoken to New Day without Kate’s consent. This is one of her closest friends, imagine all of the inside details that she could spill but instead chooses to hold on to. Obviously Hay is a trusted member of Kate’s inner circle.
