General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) will fight for a future with her husband. Things have been rough since Billy Miller’s character found out he was Drew. The real Jason (Steve Burton) took his name back, but Sam’s working hard to make sure Drew gets through this. She’s convinced that nothing has to change between them.
Once the desertion charges are cleared up, Drew and Sam will try to resume their normal lives. Of course, it could be tough for them to decide what’s normal anymore. There’s bound to be some Jake (Hudson West) and Danny (Hudson West) drama coming up. The boys think of Drew as their dad, but they could be drawn to Jason once they start spending more time with him.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that there could be other hurdles, too. Kim (Tamara Braun) is pretending she didn’t know Drew all that well, but GH fans can tell she’s lying. Her initial reaction to Jason’s face clued everyone in on her feelings for Drew.
Once Drew starts a deeper investigation into his past, he may realize Kim knows more than she previously claimed. If Kim sees that Drew’s struggling, she may divulge a few more facts. It could set up a strong connection between them.
Meanwhile, Drew could begin to feel distant from Sam and the life they built in Port Charles as he gets his own memories back. They’ve made some great memories in recent years, but the lengthy history Drew remembers is not his own. That’s sure to take a toll on him in the coming months, especially if he senses a bond between Jason and Sam.
Ever since we learned Burton and Miller would be playing twins, viewers have been wondering which brother Sam would choose. Maybe it’s time to consider Drew’s feelings. He wants Sam now, but what could happen down the road? Will guilt and uncertainty combined with new memories pull him away from the woman he currently loves?
At some point, Drew may feel bad about inadvertently stealing Jason’s spot with Sam. He could determine that Jason must love Sam just as much as he does. They both have the same memories, so they know all the moments that led to the “JaSam” romance.
Will Drew break up with Sam eventually? Could he argue that he has to set her free? That could force Sam to truly fight for her man. Sam still cares about Jason, but Drew’s the one she wants.
