Tonight’s How to Get Away with Murder (HTGAWM) begins with Oliver Hampton (Conrad Ricamora) receiving a call at the C&G office party, he rushes through the crowd, saying it’s a bathroom emergency. He gets off the elevator and sees Asher Millstone (Matt McGorry), Michaela Pratt (Aja Naomi King) and Laurel Castillo (Karla Souza) standing at a desk, looking very distraught; he tells them it is over as Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) knows everything. He approaches them, he asks what is wrong and what is on Michaela’s face; he looks down and screams. It is 9:16 pm.

Twenty-four hours earlier, Oliver chases after Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee), pleading with him to not blame Laurel, as he was the one who chose to keep it from him. He demands the ring back from him, saying he gave it to him when they were in a good place and that no longer applies and starts knocking on Laurel’s door; when she opens it, he learns that Oliver called everyone and warned them they were coming. He looks at Frank Delfino (Charlie Weber), asking if they are going to tie him up like they did Rebecca; Laurel hopes it doesn’t come to that.

Annalise walks into the Easton hotel but stops before it gets to her floor. Bonnie Winterbottom (Liza Weil) is standing there, saying she needs to tell her something involving Dr. Isaac Roa (Jimmy Smits). Annalise tells her she already knows.

Meanwhile, Isaac confronts his wife, Jacqueline Roa (Kathryn Erbe), demanding her to stay the hell away from his patients and out of his life. Bonnie tells Annalise it was a moment of weakness and all she wanted was for Annalise to hurt. Annalise asks her if it worked throwing herself at yet another man in her life? Isaac asks if Jacqueline thought of the consequences her actions could have had on his patient’s sobriety, but she asks about his own sobriety.

He admits he hasn’t thought about using until this moment until she did this; she says she is doing this to keep him alive while Bonnie says she got Isaac put on the stand for her. Annalise doesn’t want to hear it and can’t keep forgiving her for the sick and horrible things she does. Bonnie tells Annalise she loves her as Isaac demands to know if his ex is still in love with him. Annalise tells Bonnie to get in the elevator and not come back but Bonnie promises she will need her again; Annalise says she is scared of Bonnie and orders her to get out before she calls 911.

Everyone pleads their case with Connor, but when it comes to Frank, he finally unleashes everything. He tells him that Annalise hates Frank because he never grows up, he never learns and is this little boy who will do anything to make “Mommy” happy; and the only difference now is the mommy is Laurel instead of Annalise. Frank grabs him by the throat and begins to choke him out. Laurel apologizes but reminds him that none of them are safe and what it was like when he cracked Wes’ (Alfred Enoch) ribs when he was trying to give him CPR. She says her father did that to him, and now it is his chance to make that up to her by doing nothing.

Connor’s phone rings and it is Annalise. Frank asks for the phone while the others tell him not to pick up. She asks him what he needs he says he is sorry and asks if she needs any help with the class action lawsuit. She says they can take the weekend off, no calls or texts unless it is a disaster; he agrees and hands up. Connor says the only way this is happening is if he is Oliver’s plus one, and if anything feels off, he is pulling the plug.

Asher and Michaela talk to Tegan Price (Amirah Vann) and congratulate her for her huge success on the deal. Connor and Oliver are pretty tense, while they discuss lying to each other; Simon Drake (Behzad Dabu) interrupts them, asking Connor what it is like being around so many successful people, knowing he will never be one of them. Connor throws in his face that he wouldn’t want to be in his shoes right now.

Laurel paces the floor at home, while the party happens. Frank breaks into Simon’s place and uploads all the files about Jorge Castillo (Esai Morales) and his company Antares) onto his personal computer. Annalise is at home, trying to work as she mulls over Bonnie saying everything they do to each other is a form of love and then Isaac saying something very similar too. Laurel lays on the bed as she thinks about Connor saying she is endangering her unborn baby and everyone’s life.

Suddenly Laurel gets an unknown caller and asks them what they are talking about as Annalise recalls Isaac’s words that if she walks out of there she is going to drink. She grabs her purse and coat and leaves her place as Bonnie goes to Nate Lahey’s (Billy Brown) place with a bottle of alcohol, saying she could really use one of their “AA” meetings.

Isaac apologizes to Annalise for his ex-putting her in this situation and he understands if she wants to report him. She says she is not telling because he would lose his license and she is doing it for selfish reasons as she wants to keep seeing him.

Oliver comes out of the bathroom and Simon apologizes for being a jerk to Connor, saying he doesn’t hate the guy but is jealous of him having everything, including things he doesn’t deserve – like Oliver. Simon isn’t drunk and is finally revealing how he feels; he doesn’t know if he is gay, but just knows he likes him. Oliver tells the group he can’t do this because clearly, Simon is a closet case, docket, who is in need right now. Michaela reminds them of how evil Simon has been to all of them for years, saying they are all insecure and are not quitting. Laurel arrives, reminding them they can’t bail because Wes never bailed on them.

Annalise argues that she is a drunk and he is an addict, both lost people they have loved. Who is better to treat her, than him. She pleads with him, saying she is reaching out to him to help her. He begins to walk towards her, as her phone rings. She leaves the room and learns from Connor that everyone is at C&G and Laurel’s father killed Wes, and they all plan to bankrupt his company.

Bonnie drinks with Nate, she tells him that Frank is avoiding her and he jokes that he is her sloppy seconds. She admits that Frank doesn’t know about Isaac either because he would just make fun of her, but Nate says all that matters is that she told Annalise. She confronts Nate, and he promises that he never told Annalise anything. She cries, asking Nate how he got over Annalise, he puts his drink down and says he is going to order them some pizza.

In the office, they are celebrating Antares going public; just before Tegan goes up to do her speech, Michaela is able to convince her to give her, her purse. Asher takes the card, as they sync their phones; Asher stays in the hallway as Oliver and Laurel go into the private server room and Oliver does what he does best. Oliver realizes the files are split between several servers and they work quickly and get all the files; once they are out of the room, Asher suggests Oliver will have to fake kiss Simon and place it in his pocket and Laurel agrees.

As Asher is rushing to get Laurel out, Annalise calls her; Oliver returns looking for Simon and Connor calls him revealing he told Annalise everything. On the phone, Annalise tells Laurel she will help her any way she wants, begging laurel to trust her again; Isaac overhears the end, asking her if she is okay. He says they need to finish the conversation, she says “goodbye” and leaves. Oliver rushes through the crowd, saying a bathroom emergency and takes the elevator to meet the others, finding them in the office, asking what is wrong and what is on their face and then screams when he looks down and finds Simon dead on the floor.

Time goes back to when Asher and Laurel are escaping when Annalise is calling. Michaela meets them and is furious, saying they don’t change plans in the middle. Simon overhears them and demands to know what they were talking about. Laurel offers to pay him off without revealing anything, but he wants to know what is in her bag first. He fights with her and gets a hold of the bag, he finds a gun inside and asks if she is insane for bringing a gun to the workplace.

Michaela comes towards him, begging him to put it down as he is pointing a gun at a pregnant lady, he trips over a chair, the gun discharges and he shoots himself; blood is everywhere. Asher grabs the gun, both women tell him to put it back as it isn’t registered to Laurel but it’s too late, the elevator door opens and Oliver arrives. As he screams, Laurel covers his mouth, saying another sound and her father will kill them all.

Connor continues to call Oliver. Michaela gives Laurel her bag and tells her to get out of there or her father will figure everything out, saying she has got this. Oliver cries that he has never seen a dead body; Michaela takes the keycard from his pocket, wipes Asher’s prints off the gun and puts it back where he picked it up from. Michaela tells Asher to call 911.

Outside, Annalise calls Frank asking him how he could be so stupid getting another pregnant woman into trouble. Frank learns Laurel isn’t home and Annalise orders him to get the Keating five out of there before they do something stupid. Michaela returns to the party covered in blood, Connor sees her as she screams for help. Asher is on the phone informing 911 that his friend, Simon shot himself in the head. Michaela whispers in Connor’s ear to go to Laurel’s apartment before the police come; Tegan rushes to her side, calming her down. Annalise returns home but hears a woman crying out and pauses.

Laurel leaves the party and initially was going home, but after hearing Annalise’s message, she decides to go to her hotel; as she gets in the elevator, she realizes she is dripping blood down her legs. She remembers when she was pulling Frank off Connor earlier, he elbowed her in the belly; he hands are covered in blood as the elevator stops. She pushes the “open door” button, but nothing happens and she begins to cry out in pain and panic, smearing bloody handprints all over the walls. She grabs her bag and when he tries to call 911, there is no service. Laurel begins to scream for help at the top of her lungs, as blood pools around her. She lays on the ground and cries out softly for help, then scream as if she were having contractions.

Frank continues to call Frank, who is panicking that she isn’t answering. Annalise called the police and pries the door open, seeing her passed out in the elevator. She shakes Laurel’s leg, begging her to wake up as she sees the baby on the floor. Annalise is trying to get to the baby, but can’t reach him. The others are at C&G waiting to be questioned, as Simon is in surgery. Annalise is able to get the baby and is told what to do to save the baby.

Michaela gets a call from Connor that Laurel isn’t home, he has no idea where she is. Annalise is reassured the ambulance is almost there but she worries that she was only 6 months pregnant. Michaela begins to freak out that Asher is getting arrested. Connor is freaking out on the phone while Dominick (Nicholas Gonzalez) listens from the bottom of the stairs. Annalise is able to get the baby through the elevator gate, and they talk her through doing CPR; Simon’s stats fall and they need to do CPR on him too. Annalise is panicking, but does as she is told; she pleads with the baby to live. Saying, “Live. Live. Live.” and suddenly there is a newborn cry.

END!
