The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of March 2 – Reed & Ripley Drama – Jack’s Unexpected Guest – Tessa Busts Mariah Cheating

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of March 2-6 tease that we’ll see some shockers and shakeups in Genoa City. First, let’s talk about a big return. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) mentioned that Reed Hellstrom (Tristan Rogers) was on his way home to support his mom, so he’ll finally arrive on March 2. It won’t be long until Reed’s catching up with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Reed will have a touching reunion with Victoria, who could’ve been killed by out-of-control Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes). You can bet Reed will be riled about Ripley and will call for his capture. He’ll undoubtedly hope Paul Williams (Doug Davidson), Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and the rest of the GCPD are doing whatever it takes to find Victoria’s stabber.

On the bright side, Reed will be glad Victoria’s out of her coma and is on the mend. Unfortunately, Victoria’s recovery could take a while – and that means someone else will have to take over at Newman Enterprises.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been trying to deal with all the drama, but he’s in retirement mode now. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) would rather see Victor stay out of the corporate game. Victor will never step back entirely, but he still needs someone he can hand the reins over to while keeping an eye on things.

Although Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) offered his services, it looks like it’ll be Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) who’s pressured into the CEO chair. The Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news say Nick will be presented with a challenge. Victor will urge Nick to rise to it and be what the company needs right now.

Naturally, Adam’s bound to feel snubbed after Victor chooses Nick over him. It could easily reignite the rivalry between these brothers. As for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), she should continue making plans for the future. Chelsea’s been contemplating a comeback in the fashion biz, so it seems she’ll take the next steps soon enough.

Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he’ll have more soul-searching to do. Billy’s been battling guilt due to Victoria’s ordeal, and Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) shutting him out, too. It seems Billy’s goal of living life on the edge isn’t working out too well for him.

The week of March 2-6 will bring some new developments, but will they be romantic ones? Time will tell, but Billy and Amanda will definitely take a closer look at their connection. They’ll reexamine their bond, so there’s always the potential for this story to head somewhere steamy.

Speaking of steaminess, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will surrender to temptation. She’s jealous of an affair that’s not even happening and won’t let Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) explain, so that’s a recipe for disaster.

When you throw in Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) cancer and everything else Mariah’s dealing with, it’s no surprise that she’ll do something wildly out of character.

Y&R viewers can expect a hookup between Mariah and Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton) the bartender. Lindsay doesn’t have real staying power, and this certainly isn’t a love triangle. Lindsay is so much of a plot point that she doesn’t even have a last name! Her sole purpose is to create temporary “Teriah” angst – and she’ll definitely get the job done.

Tessa will realize she needs to talk to Mariah in person about Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman). Mariah’s convinced they’re sleeping together, which isn’t true at all.

Tessa will want to set the record straight, but she’s in for a shock when she comes home to find Lindsay on her sofa with scantily clad Mariah. She’ll naturally be devastated and livid over Mariah’s impulsive betrayal.

Across town, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will speak with an unexpected guest. Will it be someone he’s happy to see or someone he’d rather avoid? A pleasant visit seems more likely, but Y&R fans will want to stay tuned.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say some great scenes are in store. We’ll offer updates as other Y&R news pops up. Check back here at CDL for all the latest Young and the Restless spoilers and bombshells.
