The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, October 4, tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will make a dangerous Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) decision while Eric Forrester (John McCook) delivers fierce new rules for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).
For starters, Finn will get a little more support from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) before he makes a tough call. Sheila just texted Finn and is eagerly awaiting her son’s reply, but will Finn surrender? It seems Finn will ultimately go against Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wishes and text back since he’ll keep a big secret from his wife in the week ahead.
As for Eric, he’ll still be hopping mad over Ridge passing judgment on his situation. This is Eric’s life, so he doesn’t need Ridge barking orders and making choices for him. B&B spoilers say Eric will make it clear that he won’t tolerate Ridge and Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) interference any longer.
Eric will kick Ridge out and warn him to take the message back to Brooke as well. Of course, Brooke and Ridge probably aren’t going to listen since they never do! Even so, Eric will unleash more anger and try to establish some boundaries since Ridge and Brooke barely know the meaning of the word.
However, there’s another issue to address here – and that’s Eric’s latest admission that he doesn’t want to be alone in the house. Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) seems content to stay and embrace whatever kind of love they can have now, but is it enough?
Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is clearly right about Eric’s loneliness being the reason for his reunion with Quinn, so “Queric” doesn’t seem like a very healthy marriage – particularly with this Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) arrangement to make matters more complicated.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric’s epiphany will leave him with a lot to think about. Brooke has urged Katie to be there for Eric, so there’s a chance this strong friendship could head into romantic territory down the road.
