The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Tuesday, December 6 Recap – Hope Ends Thomas Partnership – Douglas Refuses to See Dad

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Tuesday, December 6, teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) quit her work partnership with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and revealed that Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) refused to see his dad.

At the hospital on Tuesday’s B&B episode, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) maintained that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) may have faked her death and added that her toe could prove it.

Although Finn didn’t want to tell the police until he could confirm his theory, he figured they would’ve found more than Sheila’s ID, her toe, bloody hair and bloody clothes.

It just didn’t add up to a bear attack, so Finn examined Sheila’s toe under a microscope and insisted he was positive that his hunch was right.

“There was no attack. She did this to herself,” Finn said as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) reeled over Sheila truly being alive.

After Finn called someone and got a second opinion based on a photo, he confirmed to Steffy that there wasn’t enough tissue damage.

There were no teeth marks or signs of trauma – just a clean cut since Sheila wanted to offer some tangible evidence at the staged campsite.

Finn assured Steffy that this didn’t prove Sheila was dead. Instead, it only proved how truly diabolical Sheila was.

Although Steffy was in total panic mode, Finn said he wouldn’t let Sheila hurt them and that he’d make sure she went to prison for the rest of her life.

At Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place, he warned Sheila to accept that this whole situation would end with the police coming for her.

Deacon suggested Sheila could turn herself in, but Sheila snapped that she didn’t cut off her own toe just to limp around for the rest of her days in a prison cell.

Since they were both in jeopardy, Deacon stood his ground. If Sheila didn’t turn herself in, then Deacon vowed to do it for her.

A furious Sheila insisted Deacon wouldn’t do that to her, but he replied that this had to end and added that it was time.

Sheila snarled that Deacon should know better than to threaten her and slammed out of the apartment. Once Sheila was outside, she put a blonde wig on and declared that there was always a way out.

At Forrester Creations, Hope confronted Thomas and wondered how he could even show his face around there after what he did.

Thomas wanted to explain and acted like he had to end his family’s suffering by getting Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) away from Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Hope argued that Thomas’ family was suffering now, but Steffy knew better than to trick Ridge into marrying Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

Thomas didn’t think that was fair since the love between Ridge and Taylor was real.

Hope snapped that what really wasn’t fair was Thomas sabotaging Brooke’s marriage and using their son.

Thomas said he never wanted Douglas involved and hinted that with Brooke split from Ridge, that opened the door for Deacon.

Hope lashed out over Thomas trying to spin this, but he begged her to just listen and understand how he saw a future where his family was whole.

Although Hope thought Thomas had been heartless, Thomas argued that his plan wasn’t malicious.

Hope pointed out that Douglas was questioned by CPS and could’ve been taken away.

That call never should’ve been made in the first place – and Douglas never should’ve been asked to lie once he found out the truth.

Hope said Douglas didn’t even want to see Thomas anymore, but Thomas refused to believe that.

Nevertheless, Hope insisted it was true and made it clear that Thomas was the one destroying his relationship with Douglas.

Thomas tried to blame Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) for how she handled things with the voice changer app, so Hope blew her top.

After Hope ranted about Thomas putting Douglas in the middle of this, she struggled to see how someone so brave and compassionate could even be related to Thomas.

Hope declared that Thomas’ first instinct was to lie – no matter what the consequences were.

As Hope got increasingly angry, she couldn’t believe she ever trusted Thomas again.

Thomas pointed out that their connection was real and said Hope gave him an opportunity to prove himself. However, Hope felt that Thomas threw that opportunity away.

Although Thomas begged Hope not to give up on him, she wondered how he could even ask her that after everything he’d done.

Hope reflected on how she let her guard down when Thomas crossed the line by trying to kiss her.

Thomas didn’t think that was some horrible thing and reminded Hope that she was the only woman he could love.

Hope told Thomas that she loved Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and could never love Thomas, especially not after this betrayal.

In fact, Hope couldn’t even fathom working with Thomas now. Thomas argued that Hope didn’t mean that, but Hope insisted that she indeed meant it.

“Now all I see is a sad, pathetic man who kept me from Beth…who didn’t care about his son’s safety, so he called CPS on himself,” Hope said coldly. “And for what?”

Hope brushed past Thomas and slammed the door, so Thomas muttered about how she didn’t give him a chance to explain.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will continue to face backlash for his actions, so stay tuned to the CBS soap!
