The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 20, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will catch Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) by surprise when he makes a suggestion. Since Billy has Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) on the brain constantly, this will probably tie in with her somehow.
Y&R fans can expect Billy and Victoria to discuss their family as well, so this might be about the Christmas present Chelsea bought Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind).
Chelsea left Victoria and Billy in the driver’s seat on when Johnny would receive it, so Billy may point out that she wasn’t pushy.
This is different than the baby blanket that Chelsea previously offered and just seems like a genuine gift from the heart.
Even so, Victoria may worry that Chelsea is breaking her word and trying to overstep again.
Although Victoria will have sympathy, she may remind Billy that Johnny’s well-being has to be the priority.
However, Johnny is warming up to Chelsea and recently offered a heartfelt apology for being too hard on her.
Billy might think it’d be nice for Johnny to open the gift in front of Chelsea and thank her in person.
If Billy suggests something along those lines, Victoria will have plenty of reservations.
Nevertheless, it’s Christmastime, so Victoria may let Billy talk her into lowering her guard and having a more giving spirit.
Other Y&R spoilers say Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will sense that a rivalry could be brewing with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Will Audra flirt with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and leave Elena worried about her intentions?
Whatever the case, Audra will definitely prove she’s bad news.
Look for Audra to eavesdrop on a conversation that’s not meant for her ears and remain a manipulative force in Genoa City.
Speaking of manipulative forces, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will continue to believe Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is devious and demanding.
It’ll frustrate Ashley since Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will still be so firmly in Diane’s corner.
Jack’s loyalty to Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) mom will finally push Ashley too far, so she’ll have an angry Diane-related meltdown and really let her brother have it.
Of course, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will gain a golden opportunity as this sibling war escalates.
It could give Tucker the chance to pull Ashley over to his side and set up the Jabot takeover plot he has in mind.
Once Tucker gets updates on Ashley and Jack’s latest round of battle, he’ll decide to add to the hostility soon enough.
