The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of December 26-30 teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will find herself facing an unexpected dilemma. Y&R fans know Sally wasn’t feeling well during her date with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but it wasn’t just a simple stomach bug.
Sally will continue to battle nausea and will seem on edge when Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) questions her.
It’ll dawn on Chloe that Sally could be pregnant, so she’ll put Sally through an interrogation and perhaps assume Nick is the father.
Sally may admit Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is a potential “baby daddy” option too and realize she could be facing quite a mess.
However, first thing’s first when it comes to a situation like this. Sally needs to take a pregnancy test and find out for sure if she’s carrying a little Newman.
Y&R spoilers say Sally will be sitting on some explosive news soon enough.
It looks like Sally will indeed be expecting a child, so she’ll have to figure out how to handle that.
Over with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), they’ll join forces to push Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) toward peace.
Devon will also do an about-face on a business decision, so that could tie in with Daniel Romalotti Jr’s (Michael Graziadei) gaming division.
Daniel is ready to pour his heart and soul into this platform, but Devon could convince Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to drop the whole thing.
Whatever the case, Lily will face a choice that brings her pain later on.
That could involve ripping Daniel’s dream away or perhaps this will be about Lily’s own heartache.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is torn between the duty he feels when it comes to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and the loyalty he owes Lily as his girlfriend.
Lily will grow increasingly fed up with sharing Billy, so they’ll both confess to being concerned about their relationship.
Billy and Lily could be nearing the end of the road, so they’ll have to make some difficult choices about whether they can really make this work anymore.
After Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) bonds with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) through cooking and a lip lock, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will lash out at his sister.
All the Abbott tension will leave Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) fearful about her family’s future.
Jack will also deal with some worries thanks to Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) charade at Society, where she’ll meet with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) and make him think she might want him back
Once Jack spies on Diane during her meeting, he’ll plant a kiss on her afterward.
Jack will find Diane irresistible thanks to all the connecting they’ve been doing lately.
Across town, Nick and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be under fire for poor decision-making skills.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will lecture Nick about his love life while Victoria gets an earful about something else.
Perhaps Victor will think Victoria needs to stand up for herself when it comes to Chelsea and the blurred lines she’s creating with Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind).
Plus, Victor will hope to convince Adam to fall back in line at Newman Enterprises, so this determined father will plan to make some updates to the family business.
Finally, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will make the rounds in Genoa City and put smiles on faces with long-awaited reunions.
You can also catch Danny in a classic masquerade ball repeat from 1991 since that’s what’ll air on Friday, December 30.
