The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) may initially be skeptical when Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) expresses more concern for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
Although Jack’s been downplaying Ashley’s issues, Traci will try to give him a wake-up call about just how serious the situation is.
Ashley’s memory gaps and bizarre behavior will leave Traci truly terrified, so she’ll tell Jack and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Seaforth Hayes) about her last disturbing interaction with her.
At some point, Ashley will face an intervention that feisty “Ms. Abbott” is center stage for.
It could leave “Ms. Abbott” convinced that it’s now or never when it comes to carrying out her plot against Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Y&R’s been hinting at a dangerous situation for Tucker – and based on the latest spoilers, it looks like there’s the potential for “Ms. Abbott” to abduct him and hold him hostage somewhere.
Regardless, there are signs that “Ms. Abbott” might bolt after the intervention attempt, but whatever Jack witnesses could be enough to convince him something is seriously wrong with Ashley.
As the drama continues during the week of April 8-12, Jack will summon Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to the Abbott mansion for an emergency. Sharon will get an SOS and head right over to pitch in.
Ashley may come home a frazzled mess again with no memory of where she’s been or what she’s done.
Sharon may ask some questions and even get a chance to witness some of Ashley’s alternate personality transitions for herself.
So far, fans have seen “Ash” and “Ms. Abbott,” but there’s another alter who’ll bubble up in the coming episodes.
Sharon may begin to suspect that dissociative identity disorder is the reason for Ashley’s actions lately.
Although Y&R doesn’t use Sharon much these days, they love to trot her out for mental health storylines.
It’s better than nothing, so we’ll be glad to see Sharon step up for Ashley when it counts.
