Cherie Jimenez took over the role of Gabi Hernandez on the Peacock streaming show. However, that doesn’t mean Camila lost all of her followers. This week, they enjoyed a reel on Instagram that showed her having a blast. Happily, she also told them that she won in a casino.
Photos and the caption let Days fans know that she enjoyed a party, the pool, and great food as well. She wrote in Spanish, as she often does. The translation said:
This Sunday we had a blast at Hard Rock Tampa with The Perro black Experience and J Alvarez. Fancy food, pool party lit, beautiful people and an energy that can’t be compared. Dropped by the casino… And we came out winners…What more could you ask for?
Fans Reacted To The Reel
DOOL fans who saw the reel loved it, and most of them seemed happy to see her enjoying herself. One of them wrote, “Food looks delicious…and you look absolutely beautiful as always Camila.”
Meanwhile, others talked about how they wish she would visit their towns and cities so they could meet her. Another follower penned, “Warm greetings from Belgium, Camila.”
Another person who saw the reel wrote, “Always at my job when I’m off work lmao.” And that raises the question about what else Camila is up to in 2025.
What Is The TV Star Doing?
Social media mostly shows the former Day’s star going to nice places. They also bring the feel of adverts and promotions. So, she’s probably earning good money off those. But, she could also be working on other movie projects.
There’s not a lot of news about Camila Banus in 2025, but you might recall she was cast in the move, Cake, directed by Erick Juarez. His website suggests that the movie is in “post-production” at the moment.
If you don’t know, the synopsis is, “A devoted single mother strives to create the perfect birthday for her son but must overcome a series of misadventures, including financial constraints and her own high expectations.”
The movie, which includes actors Charlie Barnett, Lisandra Tena, Joe Miñoso, and Benjamin D., hasn’t had much publicity, and there’s no trailer yet. However, there’s a good chance that Camila is busy working with other independent film productions when she’s not enjoying herself at various fun destinations. After all, she also starred in another moviecalled Final Heist.
