Archie Panjabi Confirms Julianna Margulies is The Good Wife Enemy: Refused To Shoot Final Scene Together

Archie Panjabi confirmed that she and Julianna Margulies hate each other so much that they filmed their final The Good Wife scene together separately. There’s nothing like the smell of an epic feud in the morning. Celeb Dirty Laundry recently covered the feud between Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi, the stars of CBS’ hit show ‘The Good Wife’. A green-eyed, jealous monster planted a bomb between the two actresses when Panjabi won an Emmy Award before Margulies did. The on-screen BFF’s despised each other so much that they refused to film their final scene together. According to Us Weekly, “Alicia [Florrik] and Kalinda [Sharma] (a.k.a. Margulies and Panjabi) were not even in the same room as they filmed their final tequila-shooting moments, due to a rift between the two actresses.”

Our inner-Kumbaya moment just turned into a horror film starring Satan and Kirstie Alley. Panjabi, who stars in the new shlock-disaster film San Andreas, neither denied, nor confirmed, the rumoured rift at last night’s (May 26) red carpet premiere of San Andreas. When Us Weekly asked the actress whether Margulies was present during the final scene, she responded (awkwardly), “You know, I can’t answer that. It’s not fair for me to answer those decisions. As much as I want to. But those decisions are made by the producers. I’m not privy to those decisions. All I do know is I’m very grateful to the Kings for making the decision to cast me.” Check out the still above and you can see that Julianna and Archie are NOT looking at each other because they aren’t both there together!

Uh-uh! She tiptoed around that question like Gary Busey tiptoes around a puddle of alcohol. The ambiguous response (“I’m not privy to those decisions”) reeks of clever PR. As the clichéd adage goes, “Denial is a river in Egypt.”

But not all is lost. Archie Panjabi landed a star role in a new series on the FOX network, inadvertently snubbing CBS, The Good Wife and Julianna Margulies. At least she got an Emmy and an enemy out of the deal.

What do you think? Did these two ‘leading ladies’ rip out one another’s hair behind the scenes? Who’s the biggest villain in your opinion? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
