“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, September 7, tease that Adam (Justin Hartley) has quite a plan in place. It seems Adam posed as Gabriel and approached Ian (Ray Wise) with an attractive offer. Ian will comment that he was caged until Gabriel came along. They appear to be the perfect match to bring down Victor (Eric Braeden). The virus will be installed and Adam will log out so there’s no trace of what he’s done. When Adam hears Victoria (Amelia Heinle) coming in, he’ll be sure to hide. There’s a lot at stake with this plan and he can’t blow his cover now.
Victoria will think it’s odd that Victor’s office wasn’t affected by the power outage and she’ll make a phone call to security. Adam will take his opportunity to sneak out of the room while Victoria is busy. Victoria will indicate that she heard someone in Victor’s office and she’ll take a look at her father’s computer. Gabriel will meet up with Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) at the athletic club. Gabe and Billy will begin arguing as they tend to do.
Billy will imply that Chelsea is Connor’s (Michael and Nolan Webb) mom, but Gabriel is nothing to him. That idea will weigh heavily on Adam. A short time later, Adam will say he doesn’t like that being Gabriel means being Chelsea’s boyfriend and not Connor’s dad. Chelsea will contend that it’s better than Adam being himself and going to jail. Adam will insist that he wants to be Chelsea’s husband and a father to Connor. Chelsea will hint that it sounds like Adam is proposing. Adam will acknowledge that he’s always Chelsea’s husband in private.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Billy and Victoria will get a chance to talk. Billy will say he doesn’t want to let his issues come between them. Victoria will ask if they’re back together and Billy will lean in for a kiss. Meanwhile, Esther (Kate Linder) will accuse Colin (Tristan Rogers) of sexual harassment. Esther will tell her side of the story and then Colin will tell his own version. Jill (Jess Walton) will believe it was all just a big misunderstanding, but Esther will hold firm on her view. Jill will get fed up by the whole situation and shout that Esther is the last person Colin would hit on. Esther will issue an ultimatum. If Colin doesn’t go, Esther will. Jill will suggest that Esther shouldn’t let the door hit her on the way out. Esther will pack her bags and leave the mansion.
At the hospital, the doctor will give Sage (Kelly Sullivan) the news that the the baby is developing nicely. Everything checked out fine, but Sage needs to go on bed rest. Nick (Joshua Morrow) will vow to take care of Sage and keep her free of stress. Nick will feel responsible for Sage’s dream since he brought up the idea that Victor could be controlling.
At the park, Victor and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will discuss the memorial for Katherine (Jeanne Cooper). Nikki will comment on how Victor can be sweet when he wants to be. Victor will remind Nikki that they have to be the glue of their family. Nikki will admit that Victor is the only man for her. Victor’s love life seems to be looking up, but things aren’t looking good on the business end. Y&R rumors hint that Gabriel and Ian’s scheme could throw Victor for a loop.
