General Hospital Casting New Role as “Levi” – Cute And ‘Fun’ New Addition To The Cast

General Hospital Casting New Role as "Levi" - Cute And 'Fun' New Addition To The Cast

I suppose that after actors leave or are fired they have to get new actors from somewhere. A new audition notice has gone up about an addition to the cast of General Hospital, although it will be a temporary role.

GH is currently casting the new role, which will be recurring and probably lasting around two to three months. The character’s name is Levi, and in the audition notice, he’s described as, “27-35, cute, appealing. New Age vibe. Soulful, zen, chill. More concerned with saving the planet than how he looks. Maybe long hair, shaggy presence.”

The audition also adds, “This is a great, fun role.” I don’t mean to be disparaging, but does it matter? If you’re auditioning for a two-month recurring role on General Hospital, chances are that you’re not going to be picky about whether the role’s ‘fun’ or not. However, it might draw actors of better caliber. Either that, or they added that in there to get actors to lighten up during the audition, as well as give them an idea of what to expect if they get cast.

Since casting’s currently taking place, we probably won’t hear any official news until next week at the earliest. These types of roles tend to get cast fairly quickly, especially since they won’t be making a huge impact on the show or the fans. Of course, if Levi suddenly becomes a fan favorite, things might change.
