“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, August 10, tease that Vivienne (Anna Maria Horsford) will try to convince Julius (Obba Babatunde) to be proud of Maya (Karla Mosley). Vivienne will tell Julius to look at the life Maya has. Their child has grown up to have a successful career and will soon have a supportive spouse. Vivienne will argue that they couldn’t have asked for more for Maya. However, Julius will continue his grouchy tirades and disregard the whole thing. Julius has made it very clear that he’s just putting on a show for the wedding.
Unfortunately, Maya heard Julius’ hurtful words and now she’s on the verge of tears. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say Maya will open up to Nicole (Reign Edwards) about the crumbling charade. Maya will undoubtedly feel duped by her dad. Julius looked Maya in the eye and told her that he wanted to be there for her. Julius was supposedly trying to accept Maya, but he didn’t really mean it. Nicole will comfort her big sis as best as she can, but this is a huge blow for Maya.
Maya thought she was going to have the wedding of her dreams, but it’s turning into a total nightmare. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers reveal that Maya will be a complete mess in light of her father’s insults. Nicole will ask Maya if she plans on calling off the ceremony. It will obviously be difficult for Maya to just pretend everything is fine and dandy. Julius may be OK with playing his part, but it could be tougher for Maya. After all, Maya is already feeling emotional from the wedding itself. Maya quickly went from frazzled to distraught and it’s going to be hard to put on a smile for her guests.
Later this week, the tension will finally bubble over. B&B viewers should prepare for a full-blown confrontation. Luckily, it appears this situation will work out in the end. Whether Maya makes peace with Julius or not, she’ll find a way to move on. The rumors hint that the future is bright for Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya. Stick with the CBS soap to see daytime TV’s first wedding featuring a transgender character.
